13/5/2015 12:01 | Lol oppl, what was the name of this company??? | tuckerjenkins1
13/5/2015 11:59 | Chris ...you could have a sausage every year or wait for a mahoooosive feast at the end ....which do you prefer. | bronislav
13/5/2015 11:58 | I had an email from a Nigerian prince earlier, stating he knew of the next best thing. All I had to do was invest my money in a small indigenous oil company and riches will follow. He also asked I forward him $100 and he will forward me $1million next week. | oppl
13/5/2015 11:34 | Lets not forget that they got the last one wrong namely Del Sigma ! | solarno lopez
13/5/2015 11:27 | It is odd yes, why they can't actually achieve anything in a reasonable time frame, been here over 6 years and not a sausage in return. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 11:18 | CURRYPASTY -" they had an agreed placing at 3p, for 300m shares, raising £12m now they have more shares issued at 0.45p for 1.5m how is that aligning interests?" The RNS dated 1st May stated that the share capital was 1,177,625,356. This RNS also stated that " if the funds needed were raised directly by Sirius Petroleum Plc (as originally announced on 18 Dec 2014) there would be significant dilution of existing shareholders interests and this would not be in the best interests of the Company's existing shareholders. On a fully diluted basis, the existing shareholders would own only a small minority of the Company's enlarged equity post investment." How would the addition of the 300,000,000 shares make existing shareholders a small minority? Could it be that the £12mill deal was taken of the table and a less attractive one put in its place? | omzy
13/5/2015 11:15 | Bron the RNS suck mate that's the problem. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 11:15 | Desperate times call for desperate measures, and the actions of the board smack of total desperation. 70m shares for £200k (which will last how long?) 260m more for another £1.3m at Calvert sole discretion - i.e. providing they can sell each tranche, or the value of each tranche, for more than 0.5p On what planet this is good for shareholders, well, you must be on the dodgy tobacco. | the drewster
13/5/2015 11:14 | Chris shiherlis ....best place to get imfo is in rns,s ...everything else is rumour .....unless you know someone ,on the ground that you can really trust then it's all guesswork and illusion......thing is with rumours is once they stop coming we feel lost ,I take it as a rather large positive that the sources have all clammed up .....it's one of two things ,samsara or nirvana.... | bronislav
13/5/2015 11:13 | Where's fwc and adoc ? No smiley faces for a while. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 11:13 | Good post thunder cat | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 11:06 | We've had every theory under the sun thrown at this bunch, all we know is they have no plans still to drill or get oil out of the ground any time soon, no funding in site so they must have an alternative plan that can only be to sell it off what else can they do keep ringing it dry until there is no more funds to do this, hopefully not. | thundercat1
13/5/2015 11:05 | As i said that last RNS sucked the big one. The worst we have had for years. Think Zed from pulp fiction rifling through that very large black man, except we are getting rogered by the black man. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 10:56 | tongue in cheek mate | x1000
13/5/2015 10:53 | they had an agreed placing at 3p, for 300m shares, raising £12m now they have more shares issued at 0.45p for 1.5m how is that aligning interests? | currypasty
13/5/2015 10:49 | CURRYPASTY: the bod are not oil men, it hasn't been their modus operandi to date and we have been led to believe that their interests are aligned to ours (!!!) insofar as they want to make money...maybe that is not sufficient grounds for it not to be sold for peanuts to the orchestrators. | x1000
13/5/2015 10:44 | Great posts and some very funny from old tucker, crying with laughter, would be really funny if i weren't 70 grand down. Bron how can we have a discussion if you are not willing to share what you know? Either this is one brilliantly deceptive company or brilliantly corrupt. Time will tell. There are still a few things to like for example havoc and bobos car but more to dislike at the present time. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 10:25 | That is why I keep mentioning Commoditrade. But you were so close to the action CURRY ..what has gone so badly wrong ? | solarno lopez
13/5/2015 10:20 | I bought an ice cream last night | oppl
13/5/2015 10:19 | Could well drop to 0.5p not far from zero as predicted by some, then is time to be buying more if you have big balls. | topgun1000
13/5/2015 10:16 | the odd nibble or two | solarno lopez |
