Quark update from SBI in their results presentation today. It doesn't seem so important (to the SLN value) post MNK and with Lp(a) doing well, but it would be nice to see DGF go ahead and I presume milestone payments and/or royalties might follow. And if they do get the go-ahead for the NDA process and decide to go down the IPO route (or even sale route) then it might create another relevant valuation marker.

"A decision by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the transition to a New Drug Application (NDA) process for U.S.-based Quark's prophylaxis of delayed graft function (DGF) in kidney transplants is expected to be finalized in December 2019, at which time a partial or complete sale, or an IPO of U.S.-based Quark will be considered."

Have to say before I went to bed last night I thought finally a red day and it'd be the start of a tree shake. I was also interested to see where it hha landed when I woke in the morning. To see a bit of blue again, I was again pleasantly surprised at its resilience ATM. ?

Watched the clip and have to say DS was oooozing confidence, whilst being extremely professional in stating facts and comparisons. Much better to keep reading good news in a consistent manner (these days). Long may it continue

I agree the momentum and volume is impressive. Over the last 10 trading days we've had closing prices and volume as follows:

11/10: 188p 23k
14/10: 210p 295k
15/10: 216p 207k
16/10: 222p 199k
17/10: 240p 220k
18/10: 256p 589k
21/10: 271p 185k
22/10: 290p 120k
23/10: 314p 251k
24/10: 324p 282k

So up 9 trading days in a row and pretty consistent volume. At some stage it will fall back but it's not obvious to me that a fall is imminent. If it is driven by shorts closing the rally may run out of steam sooner than if it is driven by longs getting in or building on the basis of what they perceive as a fundamental mispricing compared to US peers.

This kind of chart action is likely to continue up imo.
It's just done a minor consolidation, so small that you would hardly notice it.
It'll be £5 before you know it and then it should get some proper churning.
Then could get as high as £8. Huge momentum.

I've sold around 10% of my holding. I hope there's plenty more to come but sln had just become such a weight in my portfolio that it felt uncomfortable leaving it untouched any longer.

If it ever gets to 10gbp I'll celebrate with you Vol, but really happy for anyone who's holding a profit regardless. I hope it's realised into a meaningful payday for everyone, or several if they ever start paying a divi!
