(NYSE:IBM) has high expectations for its channel partners this year, setting a goal of growing North American channel sales at twice the rate of IBM's overall North American revenue this year.
And channel partners think they are up to the task.
"IBM is providing a lot of support and resources to help meet the growth targets," said Tommy Petrogiannis, president of Silanis, a Montreal-based channel partner, in an e-mail. "I believe the expectations are attainable, not easy, but doable."

Further, as agencies such as the Department of Defense migrate from SHA-1 to SHA-256 for D0D CAC PKI certificates, Silanis e-signature solutions will support this cryptography standard for the highest levels of authentication. A SHA-256 upgrade for Silanis solutions is planned for release this summer.

A cryptographic hash (sometimes called 'digest') is a kind of 'signature' for a text or a data file. SHA-256 generates an almost-unique 256-bit (32-byte) signature for a text. See below for the source code.

To Get Began E-signing

Search on the Internet for "Free E-sign." You may find a dozen or extra distributors offering free or low-cost methods to E-signal contracts. I will use Silanis E-signLive™ Yves Rocher Coupon Code to explain the way it works. There is not any cost if you happen to E-sign ten contracts or much less per month.

If the share price rises by this % today on minimal volume and no news (or even rumours or interest) then I look forward to when there is high volume and a positive RNS.

Meeting Government Security Standards

By Tony Moncada on March 7th, 2012

Cyber security is a top priority for US government agencies seeking to protect critical information assets. As the number of attacks increases, so does the amount of data government needs to process. Federal agencies have therefore mandated support for stronger cryptographic keys and more robust algorithms. Naturally, electronic signature providers need to follow suit.

Silanis meets the security certification standards issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).

We also comply with the National Security Agency's National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) or Common Criteria, through our support for the Federal Information Processing Standard FIPS PUB 140-2, a computer security standard used to accredit cryptographic modules. NIAP is a federal initiative originated to meet the security testing needs of both information technology (IT) consumers and producers.

A snipet of technical information....

Cloud technologies expand market opportunity

Silanis is the world's largest and most experienced E-Signature provider, with clients in insurance, banking and government. In order to expand into new markets and reach a broader customer-base beyond on-premise enterprise customers, Silanis implemented an on-cloud solution. Taking this approach saved Silanis time and up front costs of setting up its own data center to power its business expansion strategy. Now, new clients, such as a small mortgage provider that could not have deployed a complete on-premise environment, are able to offer e-signature services to accelerate their processes and attract and delight new clients. Another example is this story about state government contract signing in the Cloud.

e-SignLive™ is a cloud-based e-signature service integrated with IBM's LotusLive cloud-based collaboration platform (Note: this was prior to LotusLive joining the IBM SmartCloud portfolio). In addition to providing the collaborative e-signature services via the Web, this solution takes advantage of both WebSphere Application Server and DB2 as platform services in the Cloud.

Silanis, the leader in enterprise electronic signature solutions with the largest e-signature deployments, today published a new case study that explains how a State Student Loan Authority deployed Silanis' enterprise e-signature and e-vaulting solution to accelerate $350M worth of loan approvals from ten days to mere hours. On the first day they went live with Silanis' enterprise platform, this lender attained an astounding 99% adoption rate – a number that holds steady today, after a full annual business cycle using e-signatures

if the limit to buy was 10 shares the other day, this share should be easy to read by the buys and sells on a daily basis (albeit without delayed trades).

13/2 ~8k sold
14/2 ~8k sold, 16k bought.

so does that mean buying tomorrow should start movement up again?
