06/1/2012 11:39 | Cougar99 & jamonit. Share price dropping on small volume, looks like the usual 50% retrace after a sharp rise. imho Contacted the company asking a couple of questions. Had a reply from Matt Lane. All I will say is if there is a trading update, it will come before the end of Jan, if not, final results will be before end march. I am happy to hold. Just look at the quality of the companys they are signing contracts with. | billbyrne
06/1/2012 10:15 | jamonit .... as their year end is 31 December then will take some time to release audited Final Results ... last year they released them on 30 March 2011... 24th March the year before .... 27th Feb in 2009 ... so presume it'll be sometime betwee end of Feb and end of March this year. Nothing stopping them releasing a Trading Update anytime if they wish - but unless it's something significant then see no reason why they would.. Some Directors previously hoovered up shares in a range of 4 to 12p. Looks like (at present at least) that they're holding on to all of them. They also have various options with redeemable prices up tp 19.9p. Company originally floated at 46p so it's presently still below that price. | cougar99

01/1/2012 19:33 | my last post for now ... they're getting some business in their home country as well: e-signatures to go live on Canadian credit cards By Amy North 05 August 2011 Card Processing Services (CPS) will become the first Canadian credit card processing company to use e-signatures to process merchant contracts. CPS will be using Silanis' e-SignLive; a cloud-based electronic signature service, in an attempt to improve client service by offering a faster turnaround on contracts and combat the problem of signing errors which can slow an application down. -------------------- By contracting Silanis' e-SignLive cloud-based electronic signature service , CPS will upgrade customer service, file organizational procedures and whet its aggressive corner in the marketplace....... CPS choosen Silanis' e-SignLive after assessing several competing e-signing solutions. In add-on to observant the ease and safety of the web-based signing solution, the firm was tender by the service it received. (looks like it was written in a Canadian dialect , ain't it?) | cougar99

01/1/2012 18:28 | About IOCS Founded in 2009 by an experienced team of industry experts, IOCS is the world´s first multi-tenant e-commerce platform for the processing of complex agreements (higher risk, higher value transactions which have traditionally necessitated some form of paper contract: e.g. credit, leasing, insurance). ..... As a result, the market for online complex agreements a missing piece of the e-commerce jigsaw - remains significantly underexploited. 2008-9 gross world product (GWP) was $70 tr. Circa 2% of these goods and services were purchased electronically. The addressable market for electronic complex agreement processing is $35bn p.a. globally and $20bn p.a. in Europe and the US. ...... The IOCS service is delivered in partnership with CallCredit Information Group and Silanis - providers, respectively, of the world´s leading electronic identity and e-signature services. This enables us to offer a proven, market-leading service with a cost effective transactional model for our clients without the requirement for significant development or integration resource on their behalf. | cougar99
01/1/2012 10:27 | Cougar99 Happy new year to you too. Agree with all your points. Looking forward to the next update. | billbyrne
31/12/2011 19:22 | hi bill.... Happy New Year .... I always thought the risk / reward profile for holding SNS was the most favourable of any stocks I've looked at over the past couple of years .... and the added plus point is the limited number of shares avaialable to be traded so good news can make it really fly ( - reverse is also true of course!) With financial institutions and government departments committing to SNS solutions then it will have been something they'd researched closely as not a decision that can easily be reversed ... I am happy to sit back and watch developments - I'm not even considering top slicing profits... Let's see what the next update brings .... :-) | cougar99
31/12/2011 17:59 | Cougar99. Glad to hear your still around, always good to see long termers rewarded. There could be a trading update next week if they follow the interims trading update lead, and why would'nt they, it should be a good one. | billbyrne
