1) 'Free £5,000' green home renovation vouchers launch today (Wed) in England for insulation, double glazing and more. Not part of the Chancellor's latest announcement, but as so many of you have asked for an update on the scheme the Govt announced in July, I wanted to give you a heads-up. The Govt will reveal full details incl how to apply this morning, Wed 30 Sep.The MSE team will be fast at updating our Green Homes Grant guide as soon as we hear. Though as some will get this email late Tuesday evening, if you click the link then, it's still full of what we know so far. Of course, as always with these schemes, what will count is the interaction between what the Govt gives and whether installers try to charge a premium for those accessing the scheme.

The problem SIG have is the manufacturers of the products it sells are expanding into direct sales to SIG customers

Let's hope that the quality of posts here improves as the share price increases down the road. At the moment there seems to be a correlation the other way, my post and a relatively few others be the exception of course ;-) Mind you most seem to be filtered at the moment, but the down-ticks tell the story.

Listened to the results presentation too just a short time ago and can see this turning into a nice recovery play. When to buy is the key and it could go lower still I suppose. Will look to add if that is the case.
