Absolute lie from the troll Earnshaw. Francis was appointed CEO at Patisserie Holdings after they went into administration. He was not involved prior to the administration of Patisserie Valerie so it is just a malicious lie that it went into administration 4 months after he was appointed. Neither was he a pig farmer prior to that.

Why dont you email CD&R with your questions, as I am sure they will have covered them in their Due diligence ! I doubt they would be so thick as to invest first and ask questions later. Or maybe you started shorting this share and are getting burnt :)
