12/4/2009 14:56 | seventh heaven if it does happen, ive been ruing having 40% of my portfolio (including money loaned from bank to buy shares) in here and having to watch the rest of my watchlist fly up over the last month, i could have made a small fortune to me if had not been in here.......i for 1 deserve it i dont have a lot of money or luck and have been caught before with 5 or 6 companys going belly up, the last of those being Langbar. | davidwilkin
12/4/2009 14:56 | yf23.....yes.....mea | bethany3
12/4/2009 14:39 | oh, was that a freudian slip, did you mean 'deserved better' ? Although deceived we certainly were. | yf23_1
12/4/2009 12:15 | Sincerely hope this comes to fruition - all of you long termers deceived better than what SBE management had dealt you. Very good luck! | bethany3
12/4/2009 11:41 | Idiot above posting for on output it is the largest AIM co. | jankers
12/4/2009 10:42 | I think the journo was told that TNK BP are about to bid for one of the largest AIM oil and gas companies, and that they've gone for the wrong one. Suspended companies dont re-emerge at nearly 4 times the suspended price in this environment. | barnes wallace
12/4/2009 06:43 | i would bite yer hand off for 6 quid to put this sorry tale behind me | tartan_penguin2
12/4/2009 00:30 | Well, well, well, I did tell you getting rid of Mr T would flush out the bidders. Worth more in the long term, but £6 right now would be decent. If it transpires its just a pity the story had to end this way for all those long term holders subjected to the previous suspension. | yf23_1
11/4/2009 22:02 | shame no one can chase the share price higher on tuesday... other oilers like afr etc will be chased higher mind. | still waiting
11/4/2009 21:41 | good news for SBE holders | talha2
08/4/2009 08:42 | Does look as the share price actually went up during that timeframe. | willessa
08/4/2009 08:38 | would it apply to all shares or only those bought betwween the 16-31 October? | gatdecor
08/4/2009 03:39 | Always - It sounds like a cut and dry case when the company admits that they manipulated the share price. Expect the company has a fair size of director liability insurance to cover this. | miamisteve
07/4/2009 18:41 | Is anyone aware of a class action for compensation been undertaken. | alwaysbanking
07/4/2009 18:27 | its easy, if they have been buying shares in the company, why dont the shares come back from suspension get marked upto £3.50, sell the shares take the proceeds and pay the company back, who gets hurt in this ????. simples | davidwilkin
07/4/2009 17:11 | well, i was in this with 50k when it was suspended for 9 months gatdecor... and it came back good.... littl bit dif this time, but maybe its not totally doomed, but as miami says. the ps wontbe pretty if it does relist... cheers | leeson31
07/4/2009 16:47 | thanks "The only solution to the current situation is the change in the shareholders' structure and a possible entrance of a new shareholder", analyst Artem Konchin from UniCredit said. He added that Tchigirinski may lose his stake in Sibir, which he has used as collateral against a loan from Russia's state-controlled Sberbank (SBER.RS). surely if this is the case things wont be that bad? and if there assets have been frozen, again it is something that is good for Sibir to? just trying to find some positives! | gatdecor
07/4/2009 16:32 | gatdecor - LSE rules only allow a company to remain suspended for 6 months before an automatic delisting. In this circumstance I expect them to relist just before the 6 months are up in whatever state the company is at that time. i doubt they would've been able to have recovered much of the stolen money by then, so the share price won't be pretty, but they will relist. | miamisteve
07/4/2009 16:32 | dont quote me but its not looking good mate. sorry.... the heavens were looking down on me for once on this one, just a small holding i have/had here... i got stopped out on my s/bets a week b4 it suspended.. g/l | leeson31
07/4/2009 15:34 | leeson what do you think will happen then? I have got 20k in this, are you saying I have lost the lot? | gatdecor |
