PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 2 January 2025, the Company purchased in the market 17,412 Ordinary shares at a price of 236.8096 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

41,157,517 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,075,557 Ordinary shares held in treasury

42,233,074 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
