PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 28 March 2024, the Company purchased in the market 24,927 Ordinary shares at a price of 221.8796 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

41,369,542 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

863,532 Ordinary shares held in treasury

42,233,074 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
