Growth Fund Limited indirectly holds a total of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of one
pence each in the Company, representing 11.37% of the issued ordinary share
capital.

The above notification was made by Oryx International Growth Fund Limited in
line with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTR").

Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share
capital at the date of this notice is 52,788,223.

The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 52,788,223
ordinary shares of one pence each, with one voting right per share. There are no
shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 52,788,223.

The above figure of 52,788,223 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Competitive environment.

In my experience if a busines environment is not competetive it's because there is no money to be made in it.

Pretty sleepy in their external presentation.

They don't seem entirely clear what their name is!

Their name as far as shareholders are concerned is Shieldtech.

Marketing indistinct.

Bad website.

Totally agree about the website, BUT the purpose of the money raising was to be in a position to address their failings. Hopefully, we will see improvements in their website and their marketing clout over the coming days/weeks.

I think they should make up their minds as to which language they wish to use to express themselves. I don't think they should assume even a smattering of Ancient Greek amongst their potential customers! But then quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
