Guys just linkedin messaged Gus Rudolph who is GM for Nz and Oz. He said their marketing team are putting together product launch and they expect that to go in the next 3 months. Wouldn't give me anymore info and directed me to investor email in HQ

Australia comes under Norgine jurisdiction, so they should in theory get some revenue going in the near future and we will get news of it at some point, same as rest of Europe after negotiations have concluded later this year.

Does anyone know why Sterrit left or was pushed? What really annoys me is why they didn't have a plan in place if and when fda approval was granted. Same for oz... will they wait 2 years before trying to commecialise?

Yes, peaches regularly got tense when I voiced my concerns about Watts and the BOD on several occasions. Somebody just red ticked me constantly without any rationale or debate, and now they have disappeared - hopefully not dangling from a lamppost somewhere. Lesson learned, I didn't listen to my water when Sterritt departed, hey-ho. They have shown scant regard for us PI's at every juncture. Hopefully the only way is up ...

The structure here nowhere near as bad as last year's raise in Verona Pharma. That was a total stitch-up of UK investors.

The oversubscription suggests a demand for the stock - which suggests to me a recovery in the price imo.

"Since the total issuance was 82% of previous shares outstanding, I wasn't diluted, and slightly increased my holding. By AIM standards that's a pretty reasonable outcome so credit to the directors"

imo you are completely wrong.

1) you got more shares because there was no competition to get extra shares !

for you as a shareholder that is negative imo

2) the dirs. did not put in a clawback provision,
& trampled all over principles of the Company Act 2006 which calls for the co. to be run for the current shareholders not for other parties that are not shareholders

& C.A.2006 calls for new shares to be issued pro rata

3) the share price is very close to the issuing price of 30p
That is not a good sign.

4) the chart is not good

recent months is a submarine gliding downwards

------

but I hope it works out for holders.
I have no position.

After scaling back, I got 39% of the excess I applied for. In total, including the 2 for 17 entitlement, I got new shares equal to 92.5% of initial holding, so something like 37 for 40 in reality. It'd be interesting to hear what others got to understand how they scaled it back.

Since the total issuance was 82% of previous shares outstanding, I wasn't diluted, and slightly increased my holding. By AIM standards that's a pretty reasonable outcome so credit to the directors.

That said, they underestimated how much their existing shareholders were willing to stump up, and it's galling that new investors could buy in at 30p while existing shareholders got scaled back. There has to be a better way to do these things than relying on the willingness of a large shareholder (Inventages/W Health) to accept massive dilution.

People need to realise that these Internet personalities were ramping this at £1.50. Some of them don't even post anymore.

It's utter nonsense. For someone to be able to type that a takeover offer would have to be £8 gives you all the info you need on whether to listen to these people.

Was it peachie who was shouting constantly about how good everything was when well into the £1 region?

How and why, they haven't justified commercial feasibility yet. This ramping is just crazy speculation and not beneficial to new investors reading this board.

More like 120p tops imho and that may be being kind. Or going on managements current track record they waste the money and value trends to zilch.

Takeover target of £1.80 to £2.30 is realistic. I wouldn't be surprised if they get an offer.

Market is already excessively valued across the board, why would a T/O happen at such extortionate levels even with their fundamentals Hod, you are talking utter nonsense...

I got 55% of what I applied for. Would have liked a few more but it broadly removes the dilution.

£1 would be laughed out the park. If this is a ramp, you need to understand the fundamentals. A takeover would be in the £8-£10 range.
