I hope it stays down for the next couple of days as adding in my SIPP tomorrow or Friday once funds clear.

I would expect these drops to be reversed start of next week with all the new ISA money looking for a home.

That was an odd, very rapid drop. I guess people derisking in advance of drill result. Obviously it's a free well but we all know what happens on AIM with regards to logic... the opposite.

It looks like the Hardys are going to splurge out on 5 star luxury for their Easter hols judging by the drop in the SQZ share price. Down to 105.6p bid. Come on you institutions have a look at Serica! It's dirt cheap at these levels.

I know one of the safety officers for the north sea and he confirmed that its still been emptying and not sure about the 9 days probably 9 weeks but i dont think any one really knows as the caverns are massive, but I know i would bring back rough in to operation to take out the massive swings because of the lack of storage. You could see them bring back all the gas towers which plagued our towns and cities 20yrs ago. But i think Rough would be cheaper

Doesn't Rough only hold 9 days of storage??The site is currently being run down, but would Centrica sell it?The site is old and in serious need of repair

shame on you after all i did point out about UK gas head and shoulders and where it is going and the turning points and why because of storage, we all know SQZ is a well run company but some times things are taken out of there hands.

What a childish statement , i must be in the playground with a load of kids who dont want to discuss a big problem for serica at the moment , you see if i was Serica i would get together with other producers and reopen rough, which would then normalise the price of gas, did you know also the problem is rough is still producing gas to the market and untill its depleted which could be a few yrs

So you don’t understand what’s causing gas prices to go down while oil is going up and you don’t care when 80% of Sqz production is gas. Especially when you did have such a big profit which is going down daily.

What the market never really understood and i dont think any of you do on SQZ thread its all down to the storage and with the lack of storage there are going to be really big swings in the price and if the summer is like last yr and lasts way in to Nov the price of gas could stay down longer in the past Rough would soak up all the gas in summer and since they stopped pumping gas into it gas as been volatile depending on the weather, So to predict the price for next winter is like tossing a coin.

April is certainly not winter, however even for Summer 2020 the market is predicting 42.4p;
it could turn our to be higher or lower but that is the market's view taking all things into account.

Its too early to say what price gas will be next winter ie i bet if you looked back to last Octo i bet April 2019 would have been up in the 50s and here we are at 32p ish, and markets dont think that far ahead in terms of pricing in revenue as they can change rapidly as we have found out because the UK just doesnt have any storage.
