FCF for 2019 could be 85m bkr + 32m erskine.

$117m

With circa $90m in the bank at YE 2018.

All compared to current mkt cap of £180m.

If you believe the deal completes.
This is an utter no brainer.

Completion = 140p imho

Hopefully the waiver is forthcoming shortly.

Everything else seems to be going according to plan for late Q3.
Building handover next - August 17th, or perhaps the following Monday.

I guess that's when the new staff/existing BP staff will be moving in.

Definitely positive news on Trumps new conciliatory tone towards Tehran. Maybe it's dawned on him that you can't lower oil prices by taking 1/5th of global production out of the market. I can not see the wheels coming off the BKR deal even if sanctions did bite in November, however. Too much work has already taken place in getting Serica primed for a "go live" date of October 1st, including continuity agreements with contracting firms who supply core vendors on Bruce. Everything is proceeding as planned & the expectation in Aberdeen is that this is just another divestment deal. For transparency, I've added £10,000 today, which is my full ISA entitlement spent for the year. GLA.

Looks like BP will be moving Blackford Dolphin from Foinavon shortly to drill an appraisal/exploration well on its Capercaillie discovery in the central North Sea due to start around 10 August, thus using up that second optional slot. Beyond that, BP appears to have a further option/s over the rig for Q4, but no info on that as yet.
