13/3/2018 08:25 | Just been doing a bit of research and the reason why production was down to 16000boepd from 20000boepd , well there was 2 stoppages one was announced by the pipeline operators when a valve got stuck and the other was because of the Beast from the East the very high winds caused alot of the platforms t shut down for well over a week, so it looks like BKR are still producing around 20000 boepd | chestnuts
11/3/2018 21:31 | 'They never waste a penny and slowly come up with the goods. If you have wagon, hitch it here, sit back PATIENTLY, and good things will happen..' Nicely put Fardels..I've been doing exactly that, buying SQZ in my SIPP last couple of weeks. Will buy more next week too as sold a few shares in other companies to take advantage of this dip. Every valuation says SQZ is well cheap..my take market just waiting for the BKR deal to complete fully which is just a formality now :-) | 0rient
11/3/2018 20:56 | Thanks to the advanced Apple predictive text algorithms as per. | fardels bear

I brought year before last at 10 -11 pence and added at 57 p I just wish I had spare cash to fund my retirement in the Philippines! Please point me in the right direction for a better company !! 11/3/2018 11:59 | FB I've got quite a few sqz and will be selling some this year to go toward buying a pub for me and my mates to hang out in*! I think if Row, Columbus, then 100% BKR production comes in I think we're bang on for 2.4 a share? But in theory by then oil price could be at least 50 to 60 % higher if much mooted 'production cliff' kicks in around then? But who knows what could happen which is why I'd be happy to sell half my holding here mid yearish then keep the other half on the time lines you're talking about?! Either way all imho and best of luck all! * Recipe for disaster!! | dunderheed
11/3/2018 11:50 | It could be but I've seen share prices in good companies take a hit through no fault of theirs and if I can get 10 to 20 per cent return in a good fund then that'll see me right and less risk than holding individual equities. I'll still keep the 100k SQZ I've got at present though.. Five year target three quid but then if I'm that confident why not buy more...Round and round and round I go. | fardels bear
11/3/2018 09:25 | Oh right yeah see what you mean FB!! Nah only joking mate. Your investment in sqz could be perfect with regards to timing! | dunderheed
11/3/2018 09:22 | FB Ok i will give you 2% , then i will buy SQZ shares with it and gladly give you your 2% | chestnuts
11/3/2018 09:04 | FB how old r u matey? | dunderheed
11/3/2018 08:59 | I can get 1.5% in a bond... But I can't live on one and a half percent. I have expensive tastes.. | fardels bear
10/3/2018 22:56 | Fardel If you want to play safe give it to me to look after it for you i will give you 1% interest for every 12 months | chestnuts
10/3/2018 21:59 | D'y'all think I should buy another 50k SQZ or buy more in a nice safe fund like lindsell train global... I'm up 9.5% on lst global in 6 months and I'm getting toward widows and orphans at 62...I just sold 35 grand in a UK fund that isn't going to provide much as a a return.. And experience tells me at my age to play very safe.. | fardels bear
10/3/2018 09:44 | Honest Nige it ain't me fella. Now I'm conversing with you I can't get that bloody (making plans for?) Nigel song out of my head ! By the way, that sanctimonious EE does my bloody head in. Let's face it, he got 'lucky' once (!) and sees himself as the world's greatest e&p expert. Right sightseeing today so off for now. Best of luck all. | dunderheed
10/3/2018 09:14 | You're not fooling me Isaac - exactly the same posting style and you're winding people up on the SIA board as well. I'd spot you a mile off with your amusing style ;-) | nigelpm
10/3/2018 09:09 | Dunderheed Thanks for the investment advice, i will add at 62.5p on the 16th April | chestnuts
10/3/2018 08:54 | 6025, wafi! Now I know you're an ultra intelligent free bb laptop warrior but... please don't imply I am another avatar! I am and have always been dunderheed and post using that same 'name' on other boards as well*. * please try and imagine those words said in a 'booming' 'keyboard warrior' type of voice. | dunderheed
10/3/2018 08:45 | Cheers Isaac. | nigelpm
10/3/2018 08:20 | Yes thanks. | dunderheed
10/3/2018 08:17 | Rather than waste management time seeking clarification for what was already in the RNS did you receive any useful information about shutdowns or variability in production profile since the restart? | nigelpm
10/3/2018 07:40 | For sure. Not knowing where the issue is located or the materiality of problem, I'd say however, that is very much a minimum 4 week job for next periods (yearly) maintenance or, if they're lucky maybe could bring this forward? Ie yearly maintenance hence negating the need for original scheduled period? 're production profiles rns'd yesterday I have been in contact with sqz and was impressed with their speedy response. 'The accountant' is right they are the average profiles for production since start up on Jan 12th not the cumulative yearly production since January 1st. Normally for reporting purposes / analysis (as the accountant would know) the cumulative yearly average production figure is of more use for comparison with the original plans but, this was a periodic 'operations' update hence the former (referred above) was how rns'd. I am happy with (high level) justifications for perception of low production profiles so continue to see this as a great opportunity to buy further (if only I had the spare cash!!). All the above imho and absolutely no investment advice intended!! Best of luck all!! | dunderheed
10/3/2018 06:36 | Steel - ref replacement, they'd have to do a cost-benefit analysis, but it's technically possible. | spangle93 |
