Costax1654x - even Kenny the Clown isn't stupid enough to buy ORM

Since January 2019 ORM has fallen 87.5% without consideration for the spread, they need a 700% gain to get back to Jan 2019 level

Most fail to see the importance of cutting a loss short...

If you lose:
10% your next trade you need to gain 11% to break even
20% your next trade you need to gain 25% to break even
50% your nest trade you need to gain 100% to break even
75% your next trade you need to gain 300% to break even
80% your next trade you need to gain 400% to break even
85% your next trade you need to make 566% to break even
90% your next trade you need to make 900% to break even
95% your next trade you need to make 1900% to break even

I'm not a charity, I don’t do “tasks” and certainly not for free. If you require 5 years of weekly candlestick data displaying gaps and average volume, may I kindly suggest you post it yourself. Run down the shop for me, and be quick about it!

trader365 - I task you to post a 5 year candlestick weekly chart and mark the gaps that formed on the way down. Those gaps need to be filled as well. Oh yes, please add the volume indicator with a 10 DMA.

TA accuracy is based on liquidity or consistent daily volume. The higher the daily volume over a long period of time, the more accurate the TA indicators are. I'm not disputing the theory on gaps and the tendency to have the gap filled. However, Japanese Candlestick theory books advise readers to look at other indicators, especially volume derived indicators, to confirm BUY/SELL signals. Also, there is no definitive guidelines as to WHEN the gap will be filled. It could take weeks, months, years to fill the gaps.

By the way, you didn't put the volume indicator on your TA chart with a 10 DMA.

I invested in SBI based on: fundamentals of the company; mgmt team; the next economic down swing. The latter being delayed by market pumper Trump.

I don't consider technicals worth following for companies driven by such game changing fundamentals. If I did I'd equate the metrics now to those of mid May 2019, hence we are heading to the next rise above previous highs. Zach said so much around 2 months ago but got his timing out. 100p more likely than 60p.

I am with BJH on long term growth here.

However in the short term, I do agree we will see a pullback to fill the gap at approx 70p, to a chance to add here...The gap may well be filled by any upcoming fund raise for Coringa.

Sherry normally refers to trading in SBI on the TSX, rather than SRB on the LSE; during Q3 the average volumes in London look to be at least 20x Toronto. The volume on LSE has ticked-up a little since mid-December, but not so on TSX.We now just have to be patient to see the SRB news flow resumed....... we know there are several facets to be covered over the next 11 weeks - hopefully positively...... If (conservative?) MH was not confident, the fresh drilling programme/costs would IMO not have been kicked-off.Cheers, tightfist

Not sure who you are responding to? The trading on this share is absolutely tiny. At some point some people will want them so bad they blow the bids. It seems highly likely they get to production on Coringa, after which annual free cash flow wi exceed today's MCAP. Clearly that scenario can't exist. The only question is how things develop between now and then. Time, delays, finance, POG......

I believe you have mentioned the low liquidity of SRB in the past - so why does this surprise you now? If you think it's dead on the London exchange, check out the YUGE trading volume on the TSX. I mean Trump YUGE.

Clown - Apparently if one posts a negative comment it goes down, and if one posts a positive comment it goes up. It's only a non mover if the comment posted on the BB is neutral, try it.

Trader365 just sold his entire portfolio and brought into SRB - 48 shares. Hopefully he'll shut up now. Won't admit I was right though. Clown

It's not a concern. When they annnouce debt funding deal the lack of liquidity will ensure this gaps & rockets way about 100p. Prob 125p within a few days. People will be desperate to get in and they'll be no sellers. None of the 84% non retail and very few of the remaining 16% will sell below 150p

Someone Sold 500 shares and took 3p less than IMO several Sells in the few hours before...... They must have really needed that £375 quickly?! Fortunately someone then swooped in and hoovered-up 10k just before the close.
