Aberdeen Investment - Seeing a slow moving car crash in European growth.

Recession in European industrial production will eventually feed through to slower consumer spending.

Things are looking far worse for the Euro zone going forward.

More QE coming...

Mr. Powell hinted today that some form of quantitative easing is on the way:
Going forward, we’re going to be very closely monitoring market developments and assessing their implications for the appropriate level of reserves. And we’re going to be assessing the question of when it will be appropriate to resume the organic growth of our balance sheet… It is certainly possible that we’ll need to resume the organic growth of the balance sheet sooner than we thought.

Rates are definetly going to Zero. Follow a gentleman called Jim Rickards. Elitist and in the know, 100%

Sherry35 nice to see PM manipulation investigation under way but IMO unlikely to change much as manipulation will just find another way.

Gold edging up.

Can't help but feel the little drop and bounce yesterday was the final test before it starts moving up again.

The FED may say that they aren't going to be raising rates again anytime soon but after all this turmoil in the repo markets suggests they are losing control of the front end. My view is still rates are going to move down again sooner rather than later and I think more people are thinking the same.

Now that DOJ and other regulators are involved in investigating the PM manipulation mafia, maybe gold will start to behave in an orderly manner.

Analysts said that dovish monetary policy adopted by global central banks along with concerns of a glut in negative-yielding government debt globally will continue to support gold bullion in the longer term.

“Gold is going to remain around these levels or drift higher. Gold is actually paying more than any other 30-year bond, and every small move actually pays more than bonds,” said an analyst based in New York.

The rush of central bank gold buying doesn’t say much about where near-term prices of gold are headed, but it does say “a lot about where it’s going over the long term, or at least where the banks believe it’s going.”

So how does the Apple-fart make any money if he only goes into rooms that he predicts a share drop ? 2 possible answers ... he will invest when he thinks he has helped it to hit a low knowing full well it is undervalued . Or 2 he gets a kick back to do it .. a share basher . Either way he’s about as trustworthy as a peado in a kids club .

The value here is incredible. I'm a value investor but consider this 20p for a £1. I'm normally looking for 60p for a £1

Dont worry bojo.

Gold reading oversold on stochastics and with the chaos in repo rates the fed is going to be lowering a couple of rates by quite a way presumably.

Certainly going to be worth looking at the yellow stuff to see what it can do. Fingers crossed the movement is up!

I'm wondering the opposite frankly!

This is a company with an EV of £55m that's going to make $20m+ ebitda this year. Next year EBITDA forecast to be $34mm. The following year when Coringa starts up it's even more. They also have some excellent drill targets, some of which are so large they are potentially bringing larger companies in to explore as they can't necessarily do them all themselves.

Unlike other shares that seem to need constant commentary this one makes good money that's becoming better by the day. Seems that some trolls have taken over the commentary for the moment so happy to hold and leave them to it!
