It's more great news. Pulling back the elastic band ready to launch the rocket when the accounts are released. Only muppets are afraid of this mad opportunity. My guidance is now upgraded 600p in late 2023.

I'm amazed Serabi make a drilling announcement when it is clear that investors are frustrated by not having the accounts.

It's not good if you brought at 115p and sold yesterday but that's your style. Great to buy at 40p and hold until 1000p.

Lol stu... I wondered what happened to my post, literally crying. You still don't see it, anyway let's hope they sort it soon eh because this has been nothing short of a disaster so far. Most goldies have suffered similar retraces over the last several months why you'd choose to chase this one down is beyond my reckoning. Still, your money I suppose.

Their RNS on 1st April stated:

"The Company envisages being able to publish its Accounts in accordance with the requirements of the AIM Rules, but if the delay is likely to have any effect on this, then a further announcement will be made in due course"

Their RNS on 6th April stated:

"As previously announced, the Company envisages being able to publish its Accounts in accordance with the requirements of the AIM Rules, but if the delay is likely to have any effect on this, then a further announcement will be made in due course"

Their RNS on 11th May stated:

"The Company remains confident that based on the results of the enquiries to date, the Financial Statements will be issued prior to 30 June 2021"

Their RNS on 28th May stated:

It should, however, be noted that with the delay in the completion of the audit of the 2020 Financial Statements and Annual Report (the "2020 Accounts"), it has not been possible to publish the 2020 Accounts prior to issuing this Notice and
therefore no resolution to receive and adopt the 2020 Accounts is being proposed.

Following the publication of the 2020 Accounts, a separate meeting will be held later in the year at which such a resolution will be proposed and at the same meeting the Board will propose the appropriate resolutions for the appointment of the auditors and the authority to set their remuneration"

Their RNS on 18th June stated:

"Continued restrictions on internal travel within Brazil and the need for Deloitte and Serabi to take appropriate precautions to protect their employees against COVID-19 has resulted in this work taking longer than originally projected. The completion of the audit of the 2020 financial statements remains dependent on completion of Deloitte's work programme. Management currently expects that matters can be concluded promptly and that the audited results for 2020 can be issued during August 2021."

And that's where we are.

Where exactly is the 'nothing was communicated' thing that you are talking about? The only thing I can see that might theoretically be an issue is the 11th May statement; it said the remained confident that they would publish. Later in the month or in early June they were not and by 18th June had received permission to delay.

Were you expecting them to announce that they had applied for a delay - before they received a verdict? I wasn't - and I don't think anyone (maybe apart from you) was.

PS - and put it on the right thread next time..

Look at what happened here since june...Https://www.tradingview.com/x/PKvQR6NcThen go and read the RNS's prior to the AIM extention and see if you can reconcile where the BOD had failed to deliver on their undertaking of the matter. Something about that they would update the market should they need an AIM extention rings a bell. Given the deadline for applying was set in stone there was plenty of time for the bod to be honest.Noting was communicated but a shifting of a delivery date that never occurred. Hopefully and I genuinely mean hopefully, it'll be 3rd time lucky this time.

"Your failure to understand the nuances of language and the written word"

Oh, the irony...

Read the post in the link. You managed to be unable to click on links last time, I recall.

Flat wrong, every time.

Stu, Your failure to understand the nuances of language and the written word doesn't make everyone else wrong. It's something that seems to follow you round from one disastrous board to another i've noticed.

Keep up the good work, you called this spot on so far.

halfway through August now... I wonder if the next update will be a promise to update it's shareholders by twitter once they'#e ready to relist? Experts at kicking the can down the road and not good at much else it seems.

"You’ll be selling at 300-500p in less than 24 months"

Is there some kind of consolidation event I'm unaware of? There's more chance of this getting suspended at the end of September than 5 bagging in 2 years.

It's a strange price vacuum waiting for the Serabi accounts.

A massive 3 trades with volume 1,963 shares in opening 3 hours = £1205

Intriguing volume today with closing declaration of 900,420 shares, the highest in 5 months

Will Serabi go for reporting on FRI 13th ?
(better to use MON 16th unless friday gives time to reflect)
