28/5/2021 10:18 | t60, On balance, SRB are debt free, well cashed from recent placing, production will increase in 2021, money enough to complete $5m exploration, completed acquisition of Coringa $22m (where C$65m spent, plus plant ready) and will break ground this year. Worry over filing deadline is for traders as suspended or not the underlying value in the business should be going up. A rising gold price may help put Serabi on radar. | golden prospect
28/5/2021 10:08 | Hi Tightfist, to me it seems to be a lack of due diligence to round it down to high twenties (MH and Chairman not aligned)- but in the scheme of things a little thing. My concerns are the lack of clarity on what exactly is the production target for Qtr2. It seems be only known internally which really bugs me. Also what is the news on the ore sorter. At what point will we get enough throughput to warrant its recommission. Considering the cost and the way they built it up to to be such a key vehicle to ramp up production ounces it seems amiss not to give an update. Whilst 2021 is a year of re-calibrating the excitement to jump into this seems mooted. Yes we are getting good exploration results but it is not translating yet into any tangible benefit to the share price They may very well miss their target date for the accounts and it is something we are only going to find out very close to the end of June. Who is going to buy in with that hanging over us. We always seem to be waiting for the next quarter, the next year etc. My hope is for a JV (and on good terms) | tiger60
28/5/2021 09:52 | Hi tiger; Good to see the Chairman re-iterate the 32,000m target. However, I am more interested in the the drilling's being in the best prospects/places rather than driving them to pursue a simplistic numbers target. Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
28/5/2021 09:27 | Plenty of great news going forward and excitement expected from São Domingos, news next week ? It would be good so see some of this high grade 'visibile stuff' processed this year, perhaps a question for the AGM. "We have identified multiple high-grade veins, of which at least 3 are significant, in a 50 metre wide, sub-vertical, mineralised alteration zone. Hole 010 is the current highlight, where a drilled width totalling 70 metres of alteration was cut, within which multiple high-grade intersections including 9.68 g/t Au over 7.0 metres, 26.24 g/t Au over 1.40 metres and 258.24 g/t Au over 7.15 metres including 519.45 g/t Au over 3.55 metres were recorded. Visible gold was recorded in this last intersection." | golden prospect

28/5/2021 08:38 | - 'Following am extremely successful 2019, the Company was well placed, at the start of 2020, to continue its progress to becoming a 100,000 ounce per year gold producer. ' - 'The Company is planning to complete its 32,000 metre drill programme before the end of the year' Hmm do they talk to each other. Without any further information I would vote against proposal 4 but the reality is all proposals will pass | tiger60

28/5/2021 08:20 | Are we able to vote to remove the finance director at the AGM? | ntv
28/5/2021 08:14 | Hi Cotton, the accounts are set to be approved at a separate meeting later in the year, but they seem to be keeping their-powder-dry as to whether the accounts will be published before June 25th AGM..I find the Chairman's Background summary statement most useful in maintaining a sound SRB perspective whilst the company continues to wallow in the accounts uncertainty. (That two? colluding local managers have seemingly rendered controls ineffective, causing this non-operational damage is the super-size elephant in the room for the time being)..Time to book a train or plane ticket to Leatherhead anyone? Cheers, tightfist | tightfist

28/5/2021 07:48 | Debt Free and -During the first quarter of 2021, production of 8,087 ounce was 16 per cent ahead of budget and respectively a 19 per cent and 11 per cent improvement of gold production for the third and fourth quarters of 2020, driven by improving grades. The rate of horizontal development at 3,573 metres was the highest quarterly rate since current operations commenced and reflects the group's recovery plan which is targeted to get the operations back to a position of long-term sustainable production for 2022. Recent exploration results have been very encouraging, none more so than the drilling on the Toucano trend at São Domingos, five kilometres from the São Chico operation. Three mineralised structures were intersected, all hosted within a broad mineralised alteration zone with a true width of 50 metres. One of these drill holes, 21-SD-010 included an intersection of 7.15 metres at a grade of 258.24 grammes per tonne ("g/t") and in which visible gold was identified. | oapknob1
