Serabi is listed on AIM and during the pandemic they have the option of an extension period for reporting statutory accounts. Their Y/E is DEC 2020, and so IF APPLIED FOR publication of the full year accounts is permitted up to the period ending SEPTEMBER 2021. It is very clear imho.

That's filing for companies house to avoid dormancy and is seperate to AIM rule 19. If SRB was a non listed LTD or LLP then companies house would be the only filing requirement. SRB's filing deadline for AIM is end of June.

Lol stu, if you say so.It bothers me not, I'm just enjoying the chaos as I sold at 92 and merely calling a spade a spade.

Agreed - but final point Plat, you can see the discussion in the preceding posts. Hence the simple 'done it' post.

You've nowhere to go on this - if it really bothers you what someone else does in terms of buying and selling, and they prove you flat wrong, then you carry on stating that you say you don't believe them, you need to take a look in the mirror. What are you doing?

Whatever credibility you had has dissolved.

Thanks stu, I'll reconcile them later. Not that I doubt the words of someone claiming to be a chartered accountant for 30 years who states that a failure to file is no great concern.Perception is like cash...

What's amazing here is that there's more people claiming to have bought back/topped up than an actual printed buys.

Eh?

Can you literally not read? Click on the links (which are the post numbers, duh) and read what they say. The second one states, well, what it states. FFS.

How many times do we have to do this, when you misquote/misread/see something that isn't there/don't see something that is there?

It's becoming (or has become) pointless. If you can't see this issue asked and answered then there is no benefit to discussing your other comments on what I said (and did not say) about the accounts etc - you've got that wrong as well, but why bother?

And that is your problem Plat. You read or see what you want to see, not what is written.

Apology?

Funny that Stu... I can't find a single post from you claiming to have sold but lots claiming that you have bought back in...Is this a bit like you claiming to be a chartered accountant for 30 years then telling everyone that the accounts aren't important. How many days left till suspension now?

It's all a bit 'after you' - see who blinks first...

It's a decent gap (for me) between what I sold the chunk for (bought at 60 on the last wailing and gnashing of teeth day - 6th April - and posted here) and the sub 64 just paid. Might add more, but, as we can all agree(!), the accounts would help.

Trouble is of course, as and when all is released and confirmed OK, you won't get these for sub-64.

IMAGAW, buyback starts at 64p.

Wonder if that may scupper the 61p bushy tail party ?
