News to coincide with warrants to help the churn.On 2 March 2021, the Company secured commitments from investors to subscribe for 4,003,527 Warrants at an issue price of GBP0.06 (C$0.11) per Warrant raising gross proceeds of GBP0.2 million (C$0.4 million), subject among other things to shareholder approval at the General Meeting. Following the approval by Shareholders of the Resolutions, the Company intends to proceed with the issue of the Warrants and expects that the Warrants will be issued on 27 May 2021 in accordance with the terms of the Placing Agreement.

Serious negligence - what's that? Gross misconduct or willful neglect of duties? It's great hearing the opinions of bus drivers and idiots, not that I'm suggesting you are both of these or that all are. There was a bus driver in my Mensa Club.

The finance director should be sacked. It is serious negligence on his part
He hasn't been checking things properly for years by the sound of it.
If managers have been creaming of cash like this it makes you wonder what else they have been up too
I also wonder how much of sales he hasn't checked either!!!
I certainly won't be voting for his re-election.
