The shameful look on his face when he said "we're both still in the UK" was a picture, just like a dog with its tail between its legs 😆😂🤣

Hi Cotton, hence within the Crux interview there was reference to potential Brasilian accounting "out-sourcing" as part of the countermeasures package. Sad but True....Cheers, tightfist

My sentiments indeed. If there is collusion between senior managers it would be difficult to detect.
As for the accounts, 2020 will be better than 2019 and the 1st qtr of 2021 will be substantially better than qtr1 2020.

I also watched the Cruz interview and thought it was pretty open. Having been a fraud investigator for a number of years they Auditors were lucky to catch it as it seems to have been collusion fraud between two members of the local team. In my experience the way these are normally flagged is via whistleblowing. Happy to hold for 3-5years here.

Got it for the 2019 annual report. Bit out of date now, but it's all there is.

Not too excessive, but value for money?

"They've" been sacked - two sacked and it seems that one was mainly responsible

They've been thieving for 6 years and no one had a clue until the auditors refused to sign off and the newly contracted forensic auditors are being retained to assist UK based auditors. There's still outsanding unknown issues and there's still no accounts until there is.If peeps really think this will be £5 one day then there's certainly no harm in waiting until the threat of suspension has been rescinded. Anyone who genuinely think's that is an unreasonable and unfair assessment, must be on some very strong drugs indeed.

Thanks to AimS we have the CRUX Interview

A most credible account re accounting matters from Clive, truly a storm in a teacup but at least the long term BDO auditors have picked up on this matter while it is small fry.

Mike is animated on prospects going forward, and why not considering a clean balance sheet, and great cashflows coming in for development and exploration.

Plenty of optionality.

Do you live on a hill? Stop talking and you'll find the problem is resolved. Can't buy in bulk btw but easy to sell all my humble holding.
