Hi Cotton, IIRC they already held for many months the required permit that would enable them to start the mine portal/construction, but they said last Winter they would not actually start until they assumed FULL ownership of Coringa which must be any day now. .They require a further permit to commence construction of the pre-owned process plant; I thought they had said that permit was expected by year-end but I stand to be corrected. IIRC they recently reported some drilling to confirm the precise location of the process plant?.The prior refurbishment of that used plant - not sure on the status of that..Cheers, tightfist

I believe they need the licence for building the plant. I'm not sure regarding underground activities but we need the plant due to being production constrained.

MH stuttered a bit over the April Production figures at the end of the interview 'April on budget, slightly....'

But the truth here is that the expo reports (and another one seemingly coming before the end of May) are having a minimal impact on the share price The truth is there is an element of mistrust and reticence to believe the plans until it is actually achieved. Goodwill seems to be in negative territory and rightly so based on what has happened in the last few months/years.

I believe they need to bring onboard a respected figure with a background in meeting and managing delivery targets from a tier 1 company. At the moment enticing new investors seems to be challenging. Barring a spike in the gold price we need to wait until the accounts are published (and analysed) before we can expect any truly positive movement. The fact that there was an update a few days ago, in reference the accounts, makes me think they are still some weeks off being finalised.

Agree Boris .. the uncertainty is weighing on the share price . We need a decent RNS on production and to inform the market the issue is closed and the audited accounts signed off . The directors are an embarrassment and to me it shows they are disconnected with the day to day and getting paid ridiculous salaries for under performance . Takeover will do me just fine

They've said so. No reason to expect otherwise. The investigation has been going on for weeks now. They've explained how negligible the matter is financially and if larger issues were found they'd have had to disclose. Markets don't like uncertainty but this being resolved is a given. Bargain time before the report is issued as there's nothing but great production, larger discoveries and Coringa starting. Happy days. 150p by mid July.
