Not from my perspective it wasn't...

Didn't get filled - was surprised the buy price stayed at 70 given gold's movement, so tried. But failed.

Will make do with what I have...

The basis for the placement was on getting warrants. If that fails the placement wouldn't be completed and anyone wanting their cash returned would be entitled. Any holder would be an idiot to reject this resolution.

Hahahaha - BoJo - this company is being run badly. It should be higher than £1 now were it not for the hapless MH and the cosy board.

In all conscience I could not vote for this.

Of course it won't fail to be passed with those numbers - but they do need 75% of votes cast not 50%.

If it did fail of course and MH were to fall on his sword (though he would probably miss the pointy end) I would happily look at it again.

I have just voted against all resolutions - they need 75% of votes for it to go through. As most dont vote the threshold is in effect mouch lower.

But it is a small protest against this madness and the limpet.
