Good to also see a potential "higher low".

It's a buy signal. Period of stagnation followed by break up. This will rise 300-500% in 2021.

Nice to see the Offer being raised. It would be great to see the close above 91p on decent volume...... Let's see!

Gold will rally the most after the crisis, just like in 2009. It doesn't rally as other assets drop.

Well that rally in the gold price did not last long. I thought with the US stimulus news and Brexit uncertainty it would be a given that it would rise today.

Interesting debates about whether Bitcoin is the new gold going on.

Yes but not in this context - their cost is included.

renumeration and salaries are different

AISC generally includes G & A, which includes salaries. Directors are employed by the company, their salaries are included. Share-based payments are a different matter, but they don't cost the company anything.

Are you sure the non executive director salaries aren't included. Dividends wouldn't be as they've be from profits, but non were paid.

AISC does not include directors renumeration.

‘Share price doubled’ - equally you can say stood still since sept 2019 or down 30% from peak. Performance has been poor set against peers

Pointless these discussion boards as you get idiots and people just out to be offensive. Overall the discussion becomes pointless

He's doesn't understand that AISC, profit and cash in the bank are all after they've been paid. So debt paid off, cash reserve risen, share price doubled and directors salaries paid - awesome plans for 2021 yet he still says what's the plan and why they paid. Doesn't sound like he's ever been a leader.

I think that is unfair. The salary levels of the directors are one component of many that make up an investment decision. You may see the macro situation of gold coupled with the exploration potential of SRB as massive plus points but equally one can still express that the salary levels seem to be excessive.

From memory $1.17 m in director salaries (not counting options)for 2019 is pretty generous for a company that has failed to meet its forward statements over a number of years. Would be nice to see performance based rewards and some director buys!

I don't know what Sherry's problem is with the directors salaries. They are known to anyone who wants to invest in SRB. If you think they are to high, don't invest - simple.
