24/12/2019 19:58 | Yesterday's announcement was no profit-warning . Had there been an issue with Q4 production and results , we would have been told . The ore-sorter is only in the commissioning stage , the evaluation of organic growth around Sao Chico has only just begun , and we are still in the permitting stage on Coringa . Surely it is eminently sensible financial management to package up the final payment on Coringa with the future mine construction package , so that there is an absolute financial certainty on the pathway to production of 100/- oz pa ? Moreover , below a share price of 72p , our downside is well and truly protected . That level brought in US$23m in March , 2018 when gold was trading at US$1300 , not US$1500 . Greenstone Resources , a well respected private equity outfit in the resources sector , and with a seat on the Serabi board , arrived with a 25.3% stake in Serabi at that time , and will not want to be diluted . I would also refer everyone to the November interview with the Fratelli representative on Serabi's board ( a 33% shareholder ) . His view was not only a very supportive long-term one for Serabi , but he also felt that Serabi was increasingly becoming a target for entry into a very under explored and highly prospective region of Brazil . This comment is backed up by Mike Hodgson's own recent inference that there are possible joint venture opportunities with majors like Rio Tinto and Anglos . Have a happy Christmas all on this board and a prosperous New Year . | ![]() bomber13

24/12/2019 11:51 | .....or Director purchase!!!! That would be timely and reassuring. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 10:46 | Frankly I wouldn't care if there was a placement now but if it's at 70, 80, 90, 100 after several positive updates all well and good. Obviously debt better but who gives s monkeys. Nothing matters by 2021 when we are producing 85,000 rising to 100,000 and a massive farm-in to follow. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 10:44 | Yes absolutely. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 10:43 | Before the Finance finalisation there is likely to be other newsflow, such as H2 production, Ore Sorter progress/on-line, Coringa permitting progress and, just possibly, a drill programme surrounding SC, possibly involving resources and a farm-in by a Major..These may present a price catalyst - one way or the other....... | ![]() tightfist
24/12/2019 10:35 | Fair play. Good luck with that. You might kiss a 30% jump but if you are getting on board after finance you'll have more peace of mind. Merry Xmas. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 10:32 | Volatile ! Still red on the day if only slightly . Got to think this is being played . It’s a potential great opportunity but I don’t want back in to see it drop further but happy to jump on when it’s showing signs of being on the move back up . | kennyp52
24/12/2019 10:20 | Merry Xmas all (except the sad mental cripple). | ![]() borisjohnsonshair

24/12/2019 09:28 | Yes. 8:08, catalyst for big drop | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 09:24 | I am referring to the 8:08 trade reported after 8:50. Spread seems to me to be well within less than 2p this morning; could turn into a good presumably half-day? | ![]() tightfist

24/12/2019 09:18 | BJH, are you falling for the confusion of a delayed trade report? | ![]() tightfist
24/12/2019 09:12 | This is so illiquid a 12,000 trade made it drop 7%!! This can be back at 80/90p in two trading days. It might be Jan, Feb, .....who knows. Will be 150-200p when Coringa construction starts. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 09:09 | 85,000 is the expectation when Coringa up and running with AISC of 900. This means $580 / ounce. With PE of 10 this equates to MCAP of US$493M / £380M or PPS of 600p. Worse case the financing of the completion isn't debt but dilution. Worse case 30%. Who cares. This time next year Rodney..... | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
24/12/2019 09:00 | Nice buy opp I guess. Bounced back up but still in the doldrums. Scared of loan for full payment but coming unstoppable gold bull likely to save. Money will line up to loan. Agree with Boris's sentiments. Probably looking for a topup now myself. | ![]() edjge2
24/12/2019 08:16 | You've got nothing to say, just proving what a sad individual you are. This is a wonder opportunity for those not poisoned by you. In 2021 it will have a monthly free cash flow of US$3M | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
