The dreaded corporate update.

Barmy valuation. A veritable cash machine.

This was always my one for next year. And I am fortunate to have an average way below this price after averaging down at around 28p

I am as certain as I can be that this will be significantly higher by the end of 2020.

It is a strange world but doesn't change my view here. Got a few of these types of share at the moment! Urgh!

Will all come good I hope.

66p is 8% less than the placing to Greenstone 21 months ago - despite all the interim good news, dramatic rise in PoG and quarterly operating cash generation...A strange old world indeed!

It is a liability; a trade payable in exchange for an asset - not a form of debt (borrowing) financing to be repaid to a bank used to finance general/other operations.

Final payment to buy = a debt they owe to someone else! Markets do not like uncertainty, so I’d expect this will fall back considerably prior to arranging the funding and making repayment of the $12m.

Well if $12m settlement is not debt what is it Boris . It’s the only reason I can see why this has dropped 5.6% .

Yes, it's pretty confident that the Consideration will be settled in 3 months time. If folk read into this that (funding through) dilution is imminent then we may see a sale-price opportunity; I continue to believe that IMO debt-funding will be attractive.....Cheers, tightfist

think IMO the important bit is the comfort around the payment being made and not necessarily is my implied reading with equity....let's see how market reacts...DYOR

Coringa M&E funding was always planned for Q1 2020; no surprises there!

Interesting Corporate update this morning. Equinox $12m settlement now deferred by 3+ months whilst all the Coringa M&E funding ducks are put in a row. Suggests IMO that Equinox may be a candidate to be part of the funding resolution as speculated here last summer..One now wonders if they are one of the majors who could become involved in the mooted farm-in drilling programme around Sao Chico?.Just a thought, tightfist

Well looks like your spat on here has done me a favour. I got fed up. thought there might be some truth and got out. So payment deferred and funding needed in Q1. How it doesn't say but looks like bad news to me and the price will fall today. Companies putting out news like this so late in the year is very naughty imo !!
