It is very unusual for a share to rise in price when news is delayed !!

Must due to a weakening USD and the price of gold is down in other currencies.

HI PPVN,Interesting "take" on how you see SRB as primarily an Explorer. Conversely I see it (ie value it) as a rapidly expanding cash-generative, modest debt, producer with solid management, operating in a weak currency economy - combined with considerable exploration potential upside. I have been burnt over the years by gold "explorers" who are IMO largely not accountable for success. Not to say that the SC Anomalies and Cinderella are not interesting - but merely seen at present as holding large upside potential. Each to their own! tightfist

SRB hitting 52 week high on the TSX, gold is blue.. If it closes over 1550, be nice to power through 90p tomorrow AM.

I agree. The current MCAP doesn't even do the production justice. That's not fully priced in and everything else zero!! It's a nutty misnomer. These things get corrected eventually.

Serabi are still very much an explorer with some very compelling targets to drill in the near term (Cindarella and the anomalies to the West of Sao Chico in particular). Valuation based on existing cashflow doesn't necessarily take that into account imo - but depends on how you want to look at them.

I view the company as an explorer with excellent existing cashflow generation - the acquisition of Coringa is now showing a positive return imo but as your numbers allude, there is more to come.

What's your approx valuation based on profit and PE ratio? Unless you haven't got a clue what you are talking about perhaps you need to double check the MCAP.

Think it's going to be more a case of just how good. Remember they have already revised Corninga higher by 39 percent since purchase. The price of gold is substantially higher. It's going to be good.

Boris, agree 150p highly likely this year..

Remember it looks like the whole area is rich with gold... Cinderella shear, step out drilling, its a very unexplored area, and we already have those areas in our current license :-)

Worth remembering simultaneous background in PoG upwards movement. Currently simple margin (over AISC $1,085) is up 124% from H1 average PoG.....
