No doubting there's huge potential with these guys. I normally buy into a cash shell for the gains to be made when a much larger company is reversed in. There's no point in taking the risk and holding shares in a cash shell before RTO announcement if on relisting the shares can be bought/sold for the same price (or lower)It's good to see the team coming aboard and the potential, just hoping the UOG reverses in with some exciting projects to reward existing holders.

Finally for now these guys are highly rated not only within the likes of Shell Oil and especially Tullow Oil but within the whole of the oil & gas industry.

They are quite simply....rising stars!

Take a look at the UOG website....still very early days but the future will be driven by two extremely hard working ex-Shell Oil & Tullow Oil guys [aged 35 to 45?]

RNS out this morning from AIM listed SRON [also like UOG/SEN in the Po Valley Northern Italy]

"Bezzecca is located east of Milan within the established prolific, gas-producing Po Valley region in northern Italy and operated by Saffron's subsidiary Northsun Italia SPA (NSI). Gas from Bezzecca 1 is processed at the Vitalba processing plant and directly connected to the national grid, which is owned and operated by SNAM Rete Gas S.p.A. The gas is sold to Shell Energy Italia S.r.l. under an existing off-take agreement."

Depends on how much paper they issue to UOG and then what the company is actually sitting on by way of assets. The valuation of the business given current O&G Mcap of small producer/explorers could be anything from £2m to £50m but I suspect UOG are at the bottom end unless the Italian licence is something special. PL090 doesn't look very exciting, still digging.

As the SEN mcap is only c£0.7m at suspension , it would be difficult for UOG to be less! :-)

I'm still in here. I need to do some work today and find out what UOG has to constitute an RTO. They don't actually look that big to me. An RTO rather than straightforward takeover is normally undertaken when the new company is considerably larger than the shell so it will be interesting to see what valuation they command.

Looks like oil and gas opportunities are now more likely. The Board believes that a replacement transaction will be found which could come from the oil and gas sector now that this sector has recovered. I am pleased to report that we are seeing attractive opportunities for investment in our original sector and the Board remains hopeful of being able to conclude a transaction to bring value to shareholders.

Interesting spike in volume at 4 o'clock yesterday. Delayed reported 200,000 buy looks like it created the fuss. Will be interesting to see if volume continues.

Disappointing RNS [see extract below] out this morning from SEN



Termination of Acquisition

and

Restoration of Listing



The Directors of Senterra announce that the transaction contemplated in the non-binding letter of intent ("LOI") announced on 23 May 2016 ("Announcement") to acquire the entire issued share capital of Oasis Smart Sim PTE Ltd ("Oasis"), has been terminated by Oasis.



The Announcement also referred to the possibility of a short-term loan being provided by the Company to Oasis; however no such loan has been or will be made.



The board is disappointed that Oasis have chosen to withdraw from the transaction at this late stage. However, the Directors believe that there continues to be other attractive businesses and technologies available for acquisition. The board believes that a replacement transaction will be found and hopes to be in a position to update shareholders in the near future.



The Company have requested the restoration of listing of the Company's ordinary shares with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 21 November 2016.
