Hedge, ZTC was the first company to come to mind?A company who made headsets back in 2008/9Appreciate the input but other than its location and link with the mobile industry, I can't see any similarity whatsoever in the two company's. I think you'd better send your findings to Jeremy King before he makes a massive mistake :-)

Phil,

Oasis's turnover currently comes from SIM cards (design, manufacture, and distribution), as it is still developing software and solutions.
This will be rated more modestly, especially considering the Asian location.

To be honest, the first company that came to mind in comparison was the Chinese telecom disaster ZTC mobile:

However, good luck to all shareholders here, and I hope that it works out for you.

Looking at the RNS, the new company would need to be valued at nearly £8m for existing SEN holders to not be out of pocket. Anyone done any digging to see if oasis are breaking any records in 2016. In 2015 they turned over $13m, partnerships and growth does seem to accelerating and the sector is in favour, a £8m valuation isn't far fetched. Especially if there is cash in the bank. If oasis could get to a $30m turnover in 2016/17 with a typical margin of 10% for the sector. The expected growth of the business as the IoT and M2M tech grows exponentially. A £60m valuation at a p/e of 30 isn't unreasonable. In fact the Internet software and services sector is with 99bn in on the US stockmarket with a p/e of 333So with enough expectations and a decent uplift from 2015 figures and you could be looking at anywhere between £6m to £600m valuation!!!A bit silly really but that's what can happen if he sector is en vogue.

No posts since Feb!!This one is really out of favour. Twitter alive with the usual suspects saying a move is imminent. They are normally right, sometimes a blatant pump, other times they definitely have insider knowledge, looking at volume, someone is taking the rumours seriously.

Interesting connections

conveniently the brokers has the same chairman and the head of corporate finance at Optiva is also a director (more about which below)

for a closeup of one of the Optiva broker named in SEN's RNS below

Jeremy King Head of Corporate Finance The head of corporate finance at Optiva and also the named director of SEN in that RNS is not so visible

Chris Oil,who has his critics, provides commentary on his website about Optiva

(Optiva's website may impress, but as photographs at the foot of the page on Chrisoil's blog demonstrate the offices do not, though they are conveniently located above a barber's shop for those looking for a real haircut and next to a strip club)

incidentally the creator of this BB is also a fan of another Lenigas company

and of course he is a fan of CUBA too

I say linked because of the connection with Lenigas CUBA which Optiva also raised money for

---

Will I find a prospectus for SEN if I search on the Company's website or anywhere else for that matter? How much cash does SEN actually have in its war chest?

Please tell us Liquid Millionaire, what first attracted you to SEN or indeed the other companies linked to Optiva?

Gimme bad timing on gwik but derampers have been out in force last two days - expect that now to bounce from .15 so hope you held!Doc on podcast gave some good commentary on cash shells yesterday not least the value of the aim listing itself with aim rule 42 change. Also have to factor in management its key of course. Im excited about gwik and so are others.Still looking at SEN but need to control overall risk. Think at this level its another good buy and hasnt started its upward journey yet

Gig im not going to name call mate thats not my style, ive since looked at the prospectus and can see some potential here - sometimes noise takes over and skews thingsAnyway can see this moving up - shells in vogue at the minute and if they make the right acquisition in the right place...May buy some as a speculative buy, currently un-decided

maverick247 - you seem a sad individual

You just post dislikes on any poster that does not fall in line with your views. How sad you are. The best boards are where all views have both positive and negative views which may help others make their own judgement in investing in here.

Last post on this board as idiots like you just spoil the free speech discussion

But over 3.5% of shares traded today and are all buys.

But clearly it was below IPO price and near cash value. Worth a good punt/trade for a 20% rise whatever the Twitter crew are saying.

My view is this would be worth a minimum of 8p which is around twice the cash if poo was not so depressed.

However, I have a good chunk in this and am very happy to wait. I feel the BOD have a few opportunities they have looked at and in time, an RTO up to an asset up to £5m will be announced and thus could easily hit 15p.
