21/1/2020 08:31 | Well as a holder, I’d say it’s positive and not negative. They still have plenty of cash when considered against the projected short term increase in revenue. Bottom line is that this is one for the longer term hold. But in my view, there are good short term gains to be made. Anyone who bought last week could have made a tidy amount already. But this isn’t for ‘widows and orphans’. They should stick to the FTSE. When you consider the future prospects and cash vs current share price, it is undervalued. I balance my risk so won’t be buying more, but happy to hold and watch this grow. Expect some comment on this in the coming days suggesting a buy for those who fancy a not too risky punt. | ![]() billy3

21/1/2020 07:57 | Cash buen for half year approx £8m - so annualised could be about £16m - Revenue minimal - "we currently have significant visibility of a minimum £2m of revenue being earned in FY20 from our existing contracts" Will not make much of a hole in cash burn - Lots of hope and belief going forward but very little (imo) signs of real traction - or am I being too cynical? anyone considering a gamble should list into:- "Lord Drayson, Chief Executive Officer, and Lorimer Headley, Chief Financial Officer, will present the interim results for analysts and investors today at 12.00 GMT. There will be a simultaneous live conference call and webcast. For more details please contact radu@consilium-comms " | ![]() pugugly

20/1/2020 19:40 | I would not expect too much from tomorrow. If there was anything that price sensitive they'd have had to have mentioned it by now. The outlook statement may or may not give confidence. Revenue numbers going to be inconsequential. Cash burn and runway is first thing I'll look at. | ![]() the stigologist
20/1/2020 19:25 | Did my second tranche this morning too. Fingers crossed for tomorrow | ![]() edwardt
20/1/2020 10:23 | Took plunge & bought a few on Friday and more this morning. Despite doubts over the bonus/governance issues, expect them to have a flurry of good news tomorrow and, if Woodford is cleaned out, these could keep on correcting very nicelyMay now sell at £1 when originally planned to buy in at that price (and that only a few months ago). 20/1/2020 08:21 | On my watchlist for tomorrow's results possibly a hugely attractive entry price thanks to Woodford collapse | ![]() tsmith2
18/1/2020 08:57 | coke - I think it's just a pricing oddity associated with recent local conditions mostly arising out of the Woodford fiasco and Link's apparently heavy-handed management of the situation. There's also the normal nervousness relating to hi-tech / pharma startups that promise great things but are currently loss-making. billy3 (Post 58) - correct, let's hope our respective analyses are proved right. | ![]() zulu_principle
18/1/2020 02:54 | Thanks Zulu. That is what I had presumed but wondered if this was some sort of known phenomena or sign of something bigger / specific coming. Thankyou :-) | ![]() cokehookerscars
17/1/2020 20:40 | The comment about a rights issue was with reference to a news article which talks about if and when they run out of cash. Not yet but it can’t be ruled out. They need to start making money. | ![]() billy3
17/1/2020 19:38 | Coke - they're buys, but they're incorrectly shown in the "sold" column. I haven't come across this before either - I think it means that at least one market maker is so desperate get rid of their stock that they'll sell you shares for less than the other market makers are prepared to offer you for stock you want to sell. This wasn't the case during the late-afternoon. | ![]() zulu_principle
17/1/2020 19:05 | Hi Zulu_Principle, what are some of the sells if they are not real sells ? And what does it mean is going on when you can buy for cheaper than you can sell - which seems very odd !! Just not come across that before. TIA. | ![]() cokehookerscars
17/1/2020 16:47 | Posted this earlier on TRX BB Happy 'Final Valuation Day' By Dave Baxter Neil Woodfordâ€&trad “We intended that investors in the fund would receive their first payment on or around 20 January 2020," said Link. "This date will now be on or around 30 January 2020. This change to the timetable is required to ensure that investors retain exposure to the equity market for the entire period prior to the fund being wound up as required by the regulations. This delay also allows a significant portion of the fund’s holdings in money market instruments to be liquidated in a way that minimises costs to the fund.â€ The calculation of the amount investors are due to receive will be made on 24 January rather than 6 January, as originally planned. Link will write to investors in LF Equity Income to inform them how much this will be on 28 January | ![]() the stigologist
17/1/2020 16:36 | Can't see a RI - by my reckoning they have £35mn odd in the kitty. someone dumping stock see 25k, 50k and 100k trades. a question of how much they have left. someone mentioned Link were selling down Woodford stock as at 18/10/2019 Link Fund Solutions Ltd held 15,176,204 (11.8%) is that correct? how many of these how now been sold is the other Q. | ![]() mbdx7em21

17/1/2020 16:17 | I thought today or yesterday was the last day to ditch all the Woodford shares. Today's action seems typical of what I said yesterday. In normal markets there isnt much liquidty as most of the shares are held by institutions (who all bought much higher) and the larger shareholders such as Drayson etc. It won't take many private investors to get this back up IMO. The concerns by commentators has been cash burn Vs seeing a profit. There is a risk of a rights issue. All that said, it would not surprise me to see this share tipped after results as it's a great risk/reward at this price. I added on the way down so not adding anymore as I have enough exposure. | ![]() billy3

17/1/2020 15:40 | 6 million lemmings can't all be wrong (I hope)! Perhaps this bounce means the Woodford overhang has been cleared. Against all my rules just bought 11,335 at 44p. | ![]() zulu_principle
17/1/2020 15:14 | Yes, I would agree that their JV/IP has to be given some (decent) value. Was just flagging up the cash burn. I've just been listening to the last webcast and the results on Tuesday are on my watchlist. | ![]() mbdx7em21
17/1/2020 11:30 | I've tried to take that into account There is some value in their JVs surely even if no IPR | ![]() the stigologist |
