17/1/2020 09:52 | I've been burned too many times in the past so even at 30p I'd be cautious. Until Tuesday's results we have no idea what their cash burn is - I'm assuming R&D is still heavy, their Oxford HO looks expensive and according to glassdoor.co.uk they have at least 51 staff to pay (glassdoor put them in the 51-200 staff category). Edit - agree with your last assessment Stig. | ![]() zulu_principle
17/1/2020 09:49 | You almost get a triple whammy at times like this Desperate Seller Buyers go on strike Company know it's pointless putting out any news All adds to spiral down. But the recovery when it comes will be V shaped as those 3 forces revert like a coiled spring / stretched elastic | ![]() the stigologist

17/1/2020 09:43 | At least one market maker still desperate to sell. Just checked trade prices on Halifax and I can sell for 38.01p but I can buy for 38.00p so not all this morning's "sell" transactions are actually sales. Prices have been inverted like this for the last couple of months (i.e. able to buy for marginally less than the quoted selling price). Watching and waiting - too risky to dive in just yet. | ![]() zulu_principle
16/1/2020 17:51 | if you have to sell, you tend to have to accept the price on offer and if you are buying and know they will sell because they have been mandated to , you kind of have an advantage. | ![]() edwardt
16/1/2020 16:40 | NB ETX was trading at 2.5 to 3p and Woodford funds did clearout transaction at 1.25p or something These people are stupid and desperate. | ![]() the stigologist
16/1/2020 16:06 | Resisting the temptation to catch a falling knife - I'm already facing a big enough potential loss. Happy to miss the first few pence of any bounce given the potential upside. | ![]() zulu_principle
16/1/2020 16:02 | There are Companies in this sector getting bought out for Billions (Flatiron) or being valued at Billions (Exscientia, BenevolentAI) so it's a case of staying in the game during this land grab phase. SENS claims to be a 'docking station'are a bit flimsy but hey it's probably an interesting punt at low enough a valuation | ![]() the stigologist

16/1/2020 15:53 | This is quite painful. But as others have said, this appears to be the last throws of clearing the Woodford holdings. The stock does not have much liquidity so I would expect it to rise as quickly as it falls once buyers come back in and Woodford is out. Fingers crossed. | ![]() billy3
16/1/2020 15:43 | if it is on an ev of near zero. i can take the short term pain as the market makers will mark it up a lot post clearing of stock. therefore i take the view go in slowly! when the stock is cleared you will miss out. just my humble opinion. | ![]() edwardt
16/1/2020 15:38 | Why would anybody buy to catch the falling knife to let out Woodford or Woodford alts? Should be buyers strike Of course once out we'll have rapid v shaped recovery so one to watch | ![]() the stigologist
16/1/2020 15:28 | mdbx= While no longer in Woodford name was a transfer to Link (Corporate director) so still have to be cleared to the market - Some 11%plus were transfered across so I suspect still a lot to clear - e&oe. | ![]() pugugly

16/1/2020 14:06 | echo that . i have just bought my first tranche. | ![]() edwardt
