Good advice RogerC, it normally takes 3 days for the full extent of the bad news to sink in. Only play the dead cat bounce if you have direct access to order flows imo

Never heard of this company but see it flagged on the fallers list, so yet another AIM fraud/scam here no doubt per chance ?

Fair point on the warrants, my point was more they would have gone for a traditional equity raise if they felt a bid was not forthcoming. That said if today is an example of a management and board putting their best foot forward then anything is possible.

Fill your boots boys. Sale is a certainty now and it will be at a decent price, I am confident of that. If the sales process we really dead they would have raised equity and not debt, so it seems clear there is still competitive tension in the process. I suspect the lack of liquidity was seen as holding back the bid, so this clears that and hence the conditional nature of the second tranche. Who ever picked up that 400k+ block at 20% is going to make a lot of money and in pretty quick order.

I predict we will have an agreed bid in place by valentines day.

So glad I sold my holding a couple of days ago for 75p, took a small loss but if I hadn't it would have been a massive loss.

The AI data it owns must be worth a pretty penny.

I feel sorry for the NHS trusts who bought in to this.
I expect many had to convince their bosses and now are left explaining where they now sit in the big scheme of things.

The risk as I see it is now how long to get any money back if I invest today.
Even if it stops trading then someone will buy it but for how much and when ?

The current market cap isn’t a lot for a big pharmaceutical.

Its another DMTR. Financing at 10p a share for this overvalued money pit.

Seems like MBO games, to crash the price so management can buy out on the cheap!

Jeez. Clad I bit the bullet 126p and wasn’t tempted back in below a pound.
It was as I said, s slow slide with no incentive to buy.

If they get the finding then it will be a good short term punt.
But the cash burn is still huge. That’s said, interest in new product seems really good.

Level 2 is snowing as all buys but the price Isn’t rising above 23 mid so there must be a huge seller out there.

It’s a massive drop to 23p but the bottom line is if they don’t agree the funding then the company goes bust next month. Even then it more debt st a premium price.

I can see why it’s worth a punt at this price but if would just be a pure gamble now.
I’ll keep an eye and May have a ‘gamble’ at some point nut nothing to stop this dropping further.

It’s really sad as this was such an exciting share to be in.

I hope you guys are all ok and not too exposed, if at all.

What a shame, it's trashed. Competion, if able to be unethical and not be regulated, will cause all sorts of problems.

I haven't held Sensyne shares since selling out c140p last year but continued to keep them on my Watch List in the hope of recovery.

Thanks for some interesting and well thought out (and polite) discussions on this thread over the past few years but having read this morning's update I'm afraid it's time to say a permanent goodbye.

I am confident that the formal sales process will result in significant interest and bids. I think the probability is that they will come in higher than the 90p level at which the process was initiated. My suspicion is we will see interest at between 100p and 120p at a minimum and given how unique these data sets are, possibly higher. We are most likely 1 to 2 months from knowing the result of this process but the longer it takes the better, as this likely indicates a significant level of interest and pricing tension.
