2020 Annual General Meeting Results and Board Changes

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The final votes received by the Company for each of these resolutions, along with the AGM presentation are on the Seeing Machines website www.seeingmachines.com/investors

Board changes

Non-Executive Directors, Dr Rudolph (Rudy) Burger and Les Carmichael have resigned their positions on the Seeing Machines Board with effect from the end of the 2020 AGM.

Rudy Burger was appointed on 15 January 2014 and Les Carmichael on 1 February 2016. Both have contributed over many years to the growth and development of Seeing Machines, and both have taken the decision to resign now that we have engaged new board members who can oversee the next phase of the Company's growth and development. The global restrictions on travel to and from Australia have also been a factor in their decisions.

Kate Hill, Chair of Seeing Machines commented: "Rudy and Les have overseen a formative period in the history of Seeing Machines, during which we have established ourselves as a leading force in the mission to "get everyone home safely", and they have both also been important in the transition to the new board arrangements. On behalf of the Board, I sincerely thank them for their significant contributions and wish them well in their future endeavours. On a personal note, I have enjoyed working with Les and Rudy over the past two years and have valued their counsel and support, particularly during the early period of my chair role.

"Following the successful endorsement of Gerhard Vorster, John Murray and Michael Brown by the shareholders at the AGM, the Board is now well established and set to support the tremendous business opportunities for Seeing Machines, working closely with Paul and his team."
