Have to admit I’m not impressed with that rns - no vote on remuneration or bonuses? What’s odd about it is that it names one person and not the others....

No vesting prices either, just free shares. Do they even have to hold them for a certain period?

This award is a small price to pay to keep your best people and management pulling in the right direction

They are key staff members and SEE is trying to ensure retention past 2020. Something they have noted in the past is how difficult it is to recruit quality staff. However much IP you have you do not want your staff going to competitors. Putting a monetary value on the awards, they're about £60K each after tax.
