Brokers often do not explain well. The offer is for more shares, not the ones you already own.

tradermel, thanks for the explanation. It sounds quite clear, however the reason I got confused is that I supposed to action and to be able to allocate all my current shares to this offer to subscribe at 5p. Which in this sense I don`t really understand. I already own the shares so why would I allocate them again at a different price? Not that I would not buy at 5p now, its just that the action I have from the broker does not make sense to me.

The offer for current holders is set at 5p and conditional on the offer not being over-subscribed. So if you apply for £20k worth of shares but the company limit to £10k per person, that is how many you will get. The point of it is that you as a Private Investor get the chance to buy at the same price as the big boys, so you are not excluded. Depending on your brokers individual criteria you can apply for any amount you want (but as I say you may get cut back) so not out of your range WatteNe.

Is it worth it? Well sort of at todays prices as you might have been able to buy at 5.28, but that may be the lowest this goes (I think you bought well morgank) so there is immediate upside to any money.

What will the share price do after the offer closes? The money is to be used to speed production of the Fovio unit and lower the price so SEE will be more competitively priced and likely to allow more deals to be clinched, secures our future until the company until they run to profit. The clincher for me was the RNS on 17th October which lowered forecasts and expectations

"Conscious of its balance sheet constraints, the Company has moderated its investment profile and timing, while it is in the process of dialogue with shareholders and prospective new investors, including strategic investors. This fact is prudently reflected in the modest pullback in top line growth outlook as outlined. "

Now they have raised the cash they can now produce an updated RNS turning this forecast positive and should lead to broker upgrades, both of these potential announcements (my guess) should give the share price a boost. My speculation now >>> I look to similar fund raises and when this scenario has been combined with extra news (like new orders) the share price turns very positive after only a short while, and that is the reason I will be applying for the maximum I can afford.

Had anyone using Barclays "Smart Investor" asked for an allocation to the share subscription? If so how did you go about it online? Email? Was much easier before they changed over.

can someone pls explain me what does this offer subscription mean? I have no idea if I should allocate it or not (I am a bit amateur to understand the whole point of this). I bought half of my shares at 4p, then the other half at 5.5p so now what happens if I allocate all my shares to subscribe at 5p? thanks a lot

Tradermel yes it does show good prospects but I am astonished how easy it is to raise money on AIM in general. It makes a nonsense of the longheld view that the UK doesnt take a longterm view of companies.

That money was raised extremely easily, I suggest a reflection of the prospects here, and lets face it a 100% return not good enough since 3p? As long as money raised is used to propel the company forward rather than keeping it afloat its all good.

Shows how easy it is to raise money for companies on AIM. Lets hope we long suffering shareholders get a good return.

Reading the online circular it seems it's via the post. The II /TD website currently down pending migration so I can't check my online messages. If it's a subscription via existing broker happy to do so, too much faff if it is sending postal order and cheque in the post.

Noted that cash at 30 November AS$17.6m. Cash burn far better than anticipated.

With AS$1.77:£, £37.4m gross equity raise = AS$66.2m say AS$65m net

So AS$82m approx. in the kitty. Looks well funded cf Smart Eye. imo

Excellent fundraise, oversubscribed with extra cash secured. Now let's see some news, contract wins and a double digit share price! Will happily look to increase my position in the offer to existing shareholders.

I'll get the logic right tomorrow a m but surely the share price price effectively went up today against a headwind of dilution blowing against it at some miles per hour.Think it went up circa 33 % ... and I say gosh.thats unusual! Is still going to zoom to the same absolute price per share or but two-thirds?This share is teaching me a lot.I am only in this and another share * in a big way, some in much smaller ones. The other is also run by an Aussie and they had a staggeringly good RNS as well. What do they put in the water down under?( energy storage....) *
