It could be all sorts of reasons. Maybe other car companies won't work with Fovio if it's part owned by GM. Or we couldn't get the valuation we wanted. Or we couldn't work out a licensing deal between seeing machines and fovio for any data/ip that was generated.

Meaningfull revenues from auto are years away. Ken told us that so surely more cash raising on the way in a year from now.

Seems everyone was surprised by this news. Is it a case of not enough interest/attractiveness for a spin off to happen...? Ken was very much telling us the spin off was going to be worth the same as the MC.... That's some turn around

I don't see any financial discipline here. They got a nice one-off earner from Caterpillar but the cash was gone in the blink of an eye. They warn they won't get another such boost next year and underlying operational cash burn will continue apace. This year it was around $27m. NB $17m in the bank. Be careful.

I emailed Ken and he told me that drivers who have their eyes open but are away with the fairies will get a warning buzzer too , something about the pupils gives it away that , the person is not here and now. We all know this , that look Aunt Doreen gets when she is remembering how she sucked off a sailor on the beach in Bournemouth .
