In case anyone held SRG with Hargreaves Lansdown...a share cert for Rochdale Devt shares has gone missing in the post. To be reissued in due course, so some delay.

As anticipated by somewhere here, I have received Rochdale shares (instead of cash) with another broker using nominee account. Rather suspect that will ultimately be better than the cash payout, but only time will tell. Used to waiting here!

Still waiting on mine to clear but thanks for updating Fido. Interceptor the biggest downside I can see in these situations is the uncertainty around the length of time before a possible return, I use it as a little savings policy, one you can’t spend 😉

Cleared in my nominee account on Thursday.

3 years was a long time to wait but in the end a very good return on the original investment and nice to have this experienced this for the first time, which gives added knowledge going forward.

I`ll be glad when this is all over. Three years plus is a long time.

Just noticed they dated the cheques incorrectly 7th March instead of 7th of April and it states must be cleared within 21 days so cheque is already out of date. Jeez!!

Cheque came this morning and very welcome it is. I’d expect nominees to be credited early next week. Thankfully the end of the saga. To be fair it’s been a great investment even if at times very frustrating. Management deserve some credit in actually following through on their commitments. Timely for this years ISA. Good luck all with your next investment.

This is rather annoyingly getting dragged out if you ask me and the cynical would say that only one party gains from the length of time it takes !

I am looking forwards to seeing quite a few of you at the big Mello investor event in late April when we will have over 50 quality small to mid cap size companies exhibiting and presenting over two days at Derby Conference Centre on 26th and 27th April.

Just received notice that the payment of the second interim distribution requires yet another General Meeting which will be on April 6th. Payment will be made once the resolution to make the payment has been passed.

I spoke to Daniel who is handling affairs yesterday.
He told me that there had been a setback in the timing for the cheques to go out.
He told me that he hoped that cheques would now go out during the early part of this week.

Cheques to be issued before the 4th of March was the last I heard so should be in the post but with this snow there is no post unfortunatly.

General meeting is on the 26th of this month and they say they will pay the second dividend asap after that.
There should be a third and final payout once all the affairs are sorted.
