10/2/2018 11:30 | Letter received this morning. Second distribution cheque should arrive no later than March the 5th. | fido
12/1/2018 16:42 | When is the next payment due? | meijiman
29/12/2017 09:42 | Looks like the final chapter is close now with smaller shareholders under 100k shares to receive a final cash payment of approximately 5.73p a share, and larger holders to receive new shares in Rochdale. I am certainly in the smaller shareholding group as I expect many here are, a nice little new year bonus and conclusion to our investment. Can't see a date for the general meeting but it must be imminent because the last date for letting Begbies know of intention to attend was 18th December. Wishing all former holders in SRG a prosperous and happy new year. | interceptor2
17/10/2017 11:07 | I hold my shares in a SIPP-hope there are no issues. | meijiman
17/10/2017 10:20 | Shouldn't be long now erstwhile, have just received mine via TD Direct, Barclays are normally just a day or two slower. Now we have only the remaining assets to be distributed in specie to wait for, not sure how this will work or how liquid the assets will be? | interceptor2
12/10/2017 13:06 | Tx for updates peeps. I've had payout from one broker so far but not the second. Bit of a long wait, almost 3 yrs, but all's well that ends well. | eezymunny
07/10/2017 17:36 | Good news to hear the pay out is 63p with more to follow, hopefully I will receive mine early next week. This is the first time I have held a stock that has delisted, so wasn't sure about the situation, yet I had read your experiences battlebus as well as few other that in the the majority of cases they worked out well. But good to experience one first hand. Well done to other investors here, some patience required after nearly 3 years. | interceptor2
07/10/2017 13:05 | Yes around 50% return for me and still I believe another 8/10p is possible so I'm more than happy. Glad it's worked out for us all in the end. Similar here davidosh, I've done extremely well from delisted co's , not for everyone of course as you can't access your capital in most cases. | battlebus2
07/10/2017 13:03 | That sounds like a very good exit. To be fair 90% of de listed companies that I have held on to have actually given me a very positive outcome from the last listed price even where there has been a few years to wait for it so cannot complain. | davidosh
07/10/2017 12:57 | The majority of assets have been distributed although a number of assets remain including Rochdale Development company, this has some considerable value which will be distributed as a cash dividend as an alternative for the Rochdale shares, details will follow in a few weeks. | battlebus2
07/10/2017 12:45 | Happy days everyone I've just got my cheque for the certificate I hold and the payout is 63p 👍👍 | battlebus2
02/10/2017 15:58 | I'll chase them up if we hear nothing by next week.... | battlebus2
02/10/2017 09:25 | Let's hope there is some news soon. Today-this week? | meijiman
04/8/2017 10:57 | BEG have confirmed that they're aiming to send out funds on 2/10. Makes sense as SRG had a deposit maturing on 30/9. | sladdjo
02/8/2017 14:57 | I can't wait!!! | meijiman
02/8/2017 14:28 | Yes I missed that so thanks Eezy for positing. It looks like we should receive our first payments soon. I agree that after the first 60p payment, almost 10p will follow. | interceptor2
02/8/2017 11:40 | Liquidator appointed etc in case you missed it. The declaration of solvency gives an "estimated surplus" of c. 68.25p/sh. I guess we get 60p soonish then another 10p eventually? | eezymunny
17/7/2017 11:32 | In the notes to the accounts, note 11 should be taken note of. Remaining disposals should take place within the next 12 months and will include the energy division, the financial division and the packaging side wrapped up in new securities called the Rochdale Development Company. The bottom line is that we finally get closure, albeit a few months later but the bulk of the capital should be released fairly quickly followed by something smaller a little later. | fido
17/7/2017 11:26 | Yes very good and packaging revenues of 1.6 mm with 266k profit. | battlebus2
17/7/2017 11:16 | Final results are good. Meeting today at 11am Cash increased from £5,698,652 to £7,330,585 | fido
23/6/2017 09:18 | battlebus2, Almost true. We will be left with shares in a packaging company. This in my opinion would have been an easy bolt on to a larger concern and yet after three years it remains unsold. I would rather they sell it and divide the cash than being left holding shares in a company that will not be tradeable on any market. Sell it and be done with it, they have had three years for christs sake. | fido
23/6/2017 09:02 | Yes but at least we got there in the end, or will get there I should say. | battlebus2 |
