64p divi and stb has dropped £1.30 you don’t see a good company getting smashed like that coz of dividend.totally unjustified but if mms want to hurt you they will. Keep the faith the cream always rises to the top eventually🍺or froth hahaha

Still a long way to go here, 1.8 times NAV feels about right in line with OSB potentially 2 times if you remove geopolitical uncertainty. Should see 2000 once the market realises this!

I took a position here recently, financial metrics and consequently value on offer are superb and on top of the sound fundamentals i wouldn’t be suprised if this got taken out or merged given the recent M&A in the sector. Any other challenger banks people are keen on? Arbuthnot and Paragon spring to mind as valued near book value with decent businesses although Paragon is mainly BTL.

All the good stocks have very quiet BBs! Quality company, as is Arbuthnot Bank.

STB should have a 2 as it’s first digit at least mega bargain if I ever seen one,I’m not ramping just being honest. Right away out with the mutts. Sit tight chaps till 2020 at least I can see this as a takeover target in time to come.

It’s a hidden gem not much stock available,only an idiot would sell these at this price and mms are desperate to get some.regarding bank stocks this is one of the best,64p divi coming 83p annual 6.5% at this price.

This stock only has one decent rally a year looking at charts lol
