how much debt do they have |
Bones, agreed, game over as far as I am concerned. Just sold out my remaining holding |
They might rich but the problem is now sea has virtually no assets left and remp. Would have to go globe trotting again to find something worthwhile plus they would need funds etc to buy anything. For me it's game over and if temp does anything it will be with his own new company. Think he is retired now though so that's unlikely |
I reckon the old management will buy it back but for much less than they sold it for, if that's the case that will not be a result of any kind :( I would love pap to have a logp multi- bagger cos boy do I need it too lol Barryroe we have been waiting for an eternity for .....can it happen now ? can Leicester win the premiership ? it would be a fairy tale but would be preferable to the Grimm tale it has been :( |
Rich - I agree, the board are not worth the air they breath. However, I still believe R2S has value, and if that value is realised, it will be more than enough to pay off any debt. Whatever happens after that is anyones guess.
BTW - I do not think all of R2S will be sold. This would be a great time for Rempy boy to come to the rescue with an unexpected announcement. Or even something from BR.
Who knows, Pap may get his multi bagger for LOGP. |
Only my opinion but in the short term (3months)I would say the price is totally dependent on if and how much a placing is carried out. I bought at £1.45,30p,27p 25p,22p,21p all because I got sold it was gonna work out as they twisted and turned, sold at 7.25p watched since then, didn't buy yesterday at 2p and wouldn't now P on the board if they were on fire, I personally feel the price is going lower and would hate more people to be drawn into this share . Stock have you really woken up this morning feeling that things are on the up ? The people at the top are just there to feed themselves at anyone else's expense. I would love this to come good for current holders but really cannot see any direction in the next 3 months ......and I hold loads of logp :( |
Just looking at the list of significant shareholders as of 22 Feb 16, note that Louise Warner is still there with circa 2mil shares (I remember when she bought in at circa 25p) I lost money on this Sea-dog, but feel sorry for someone such as herself; this company has been squandered by the management who've had ample opportunity to avoid such a tragic end. I seek solice in the fact that Bertram & williams will be out of pocket; it's bloody karma for all the PI's who've been led down the garden path! |

I think those buying at over 6p this morning could soon regret their decision, Stockriser. No one has got the foggiest idea of how much revenue and potential profit (if any) this latest deal could generate. Also what's the size of the potential market? Until the collapse in the PoO, SEA saw their best chance of growth with their products in the offshore oil industry.
SEA must be very low on cash and, according to recent a/c's are racking up debt. Is this latest deal bringing in cash upfront? No mention of that in the RNS. Also no mention of likely revenue to be generated by this contract.
I wouldn't be tempted to buy SEA shares at the current price and I've an idea that FAST wouldn't touch SEA with a bargepole, bwtfdik?

Pap - I think it's LOGP that's desperate for the farmout! Admittedly though, LOGP will have a more significant rise on that news, that's if they are not sold prior to a farmout ;-)
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
No, I was right, Stockriser and you were wrong (yet again!) It's SEA that was more DESPERATE for the farm out (though LOGP needs that farm out news and fast as well!) |
Ron they can delay up to 2 hours and put them through at the current time the trades you are referring to are ones outside that window, they are con artists all designed to screw pi's.
Rich no worries just glad a few listen now and then I'm not as daft as some think lol |
feel sorry for holders here.i was a holder here once got out in the 20s. if anyone wants to try and recover their losses take a look at genel energy it could multi bag easily but as always no advice intended do your own research. |
Bones I would willingly buy you a pint, and I reckon the Mrs would buy you a couple too, what with you in one ear and her in the other I am in remission from the evils of aim :) well apart from what I left riding on...... Harry Stratford ! |
Bones - you can usually tell when they're doing that because the times of the transactions are out of sequence - the time is usually delayed so as to show it as a buy/sell against the current time rather than the time of the transaction.
The transactions all appear to be in order so far today. |
Ron after all this time I thought you would have caught onto the way things like that are manipulated. They report them at different times to make it look that way. Get the tenagents out lol |
