He may have left but he's still in the background ;-)
From The Herald a few months ago..... |
No I'm not daft enough to have bought in once Remp left tbh . The writing was on the wall and buying the worlds most expensive camera for a ridiculous price really was comical . Talk about jobs for the boys and looking after number one . R2s was bought to pay the bods wages nothing more imo . Now that's failing even less chance of ever seeing a return here imo . Next big rns likely the fund raising imo |
So you have some to sell then Bones? |
Is that flower out of one of the flower pots sea collects ? More a question of to sell or not imo |
To buy or not to buy ....lol |
Surprised it hasn't started to fall back yet but it will do soon as people realise the rise was a false one and funds are raised at a discount . The spread putting many off selling but I would take it now before it drops tbh. Placing 3-5p will make 6.5 look fantastic imo |
Jack for years their wages and amount of directors was ridiculous and still is tbh things like marine etc allowed them to have a huge amount of employees basically doing next to nothing and it still looks to be the case as the drain on r2s has been seen with increasing losses recently . After today's rns we know there is nothing out of the ordinary going on behind the scenes and therefore no reason for a 55% rise the last two days . Use it as an oppurtunity to get out at a better price before the fall starts and news comes on funding . Of course few will listen to this but those who have been around long enough should know that taking the peaks when they seldom occur was the only way to make money . This looks such an occasion and the ones who sell first will do best before it starts dropping again . |
Who knows htrocka2? According to the RSI indicator SEA was well oversold. Perhaps the buyers feel the Mkt Cap earlier this week was far too low? This circa 50% rise might just be a bull trap? Good news might have leaked? Who can tell? |
PPG – Plutus Powergen the easy next 10 bagger!!!!!
The chairman of PPG said that each 20MW site would generate about £1.6m - £1.7m in revenue. EBITDA given as £1.25m - £1.5m.
10 sites on that basis = £16-£17m revenue with EBITDA of £12.5 - £15m. Therefore possibly £3m-£4m conservatively annual profits depending on the ultimate revenue split ?.
On a p/e of 15 that's £45-£60m m/cap or 8p - 10.5p/share.
Given that's it's growing, his further comments were - 'really smash the 3 year target for 10 sites' and they have already 1 year behind them.
If those targets are smashed and as they do have 500MW of sites in the pipeline - on the same p/e the share price could see 20 - 27p. We do know that they plan to own some sites outright at 100% which again would improve the margins significantly.
Ultimately also what do they do with that profit and they could expand into other avenues - was there not talk of this in some other countries ?
Called it a compelling investment, fully funded and no further dilution to the shareholder base.
571.43m shares in issue and 49.5% held by management/Paternoster (Charles Tatnall himself having 9.71%).
Chelverton Growth Trust PLC was accumulating and just 7 weeks ago had increased to 33.33m shares or 5.83%.
Free float will reduce all the time and one thing to remember with no more placings it could become difficult to trade in/out and regain your holding. |
Anybody who bought earlier this week is showing a circa 50% profit. Not bad!! |
Do they get inflated wages? Its only JAW and SB that earn a lot, and they both took 20%? paycuts. When I say 'a lot', I mean compared with your average worker. As for average CEO and FD salaries, it is below average, as it should be.
The statement today will have been forced on them by AIM imo. |
tovele - good point m8 |
So basically the board is saying that that it is not aware of any reason why our company is worth the grand total of £4 million pounds.
If thats the case maybe they could rns why they get such inflated wages. |
You have to laugh. The share price falls from 43p to 4p with barely a word from the board, then rises 3p and they issue that RNS.
If I ran a PLC and my share had done that, and AIM asked me to comment, I'd tell them to do one. |
Go with the gut, not what the market wants you to think ;-) |
Spread halting the sellers but will drop fast once they see the Rns and start selling . Those that bought yesterday will want out to get some profit or risk losing it |
Not so bad at the mo...given rns...still some buys |
Ouch down she comes like a brick unfortunately just as I thought get a few buyers than nail it back down. Lovely spread just to ram it home |
Aim did not need notices every day the share price tanked recently
Any ways we to BONES for the 10 buy late yesterday....certainly got the mms worried to make double day top riser |
They're probably all far too "busy" to notice Korki |
I am surprised that AIM has not required the Board to comment on the movement in the share price.................. |
Jules, does not matter how you feel, mm's currently have an online buy limit of 100 shares (£7) :-0 |
As much as it greaves me to say it, I agree with you Bones. ATM I cannot see where the value is until they have confirmed their project pipeline and funding.I'm not de-ramping here, I am trying to be unemotional and objective.Having been here 10 years, it's about time. |
Well it's either a bull trap or something positive coming although I can't see what as the last r2s contract didn't move the share price . I'm still sceptical because we know they need money soon and so dilution looks certain imo . Any good news or progress would then be lost on a discounted placing as the share price would drop back . Could just be a bit of buying pressure I guess but still waiting to see the funding situation being addressed before I would even look at this . |
