For those watching closely:Double-bottom perhaps, with multi million 'managed' Buy trades being reported as sells, over recent weeks.No RNS notifying of BOD sells (mandatory).Maybe incoming non-executive director or other BOD accumulating.News due soon, so all should be revealed.Background Buys continue!

On first reading todays RNS seemed another negative dilution, so did not read on however on second read its not so bad. So Law Chung Lam Nelson converting part of his loan repayment into shares is effectively a Director buy and Geoffrey Griggs getting paid in shares in lieu of payment is also a positive statement. The issue of shares to the other members is a little of pigs at the trough, but hey ho!

All considered if they were not confident of bagging gains with this then why would they. Bodes well for the future and perhaps it might encourage them to communicate with the market better as the share price will be in their interest.

Re read all recent RNSs and conclude SCGL punch well above Market Cap with their brand offering and partnerships. Very interesting times to come IMO.
