From AN Other source too:Golden Cross formation could still be formed ahead of imo game changer news flow. 50 day moving average rising @ 1.51p against 200 day at 1.56p. Imagine if transformational news release coincides!

Looking at the 3 month chart, SCGL due the next upward movement.That is without news though, which may well send us in to orbit!Am accumulating as we go.

Looking at the company and the recent placing at 1.45 p. Down side limited but upside can do afew 1000 % in a day with the right news use to trade at 15p .

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) the digital marketing and advertising company is pleased to announce that it has raised GBP90,000 via a subscription for 6,206,896 new ordinary shares at price of 1.45 pence per share by Executive Chairman Nelson Law ("the Subscription"). Application is being made for the new shares to be admitted to trading, which is expected to be on or around 7 April 2021.

Following the Subscription Mr Law will hold 170,706,896 ordinary shares representing 33.46% of the issued share capital.

Very confident to take the full placing also i lot of skin in the game. Follow the smart money

Why are folk waiting for this company to find a good tech business when they already exist at pre-takeoff prices.
My recommendation is Brandshield BRSD. DYOR, and if you do, you’ll be gagging to invest before the herd arrive.

A nice 640,000+ shares buy this morning. As stated above, a news update is now definitely long overdue. If the company are serious about their long term plans, snippets of promising news and contracts/information released six months ago and then nothing since relating to that news, then that does not reflect too well on the company. Re Mr Law parting with his own "hard earned" ; on the face of it , excellent news, but on the other hand, having found what may or may be not a company changing opportunity, he might also have sought out other "investors" to help complete the possible opportunity, and there were non forthcoming. AIMHO. GLAH.
