Since the half year report there has been no news on cash flow. At 30 June there was only £22k of cash and the report suggested funds would need to be raised or borrowed to continue as a going concern.

blueblood...as posted here on March 1st.....Sealand have their fingers in so many pies and have had for some considerable time, but we have had no updates for several months now. The following was posted on here last September, but how accurate it is remains to be seen. Certainly a very interesting read for anyone not exactly sure what Sealand are involved in.

Here’s why I believe sealand is going to offer significant growth in any investment and why I believe the opportunity to see the share price doubling for my consecutive days and comfortably be worth 10+ times the current value.


Currently on 504m shares the company is worth circa 8.8mGBP


The huge elephant in the room is the JV with Tenent called Tengwuyong Holdings ltd (tenent is a subsidiary of Tencent). This has access to Douyin (Tiktok) and Kuashua with 400m and 216m daily users. The market for advertising revenue from over 616m daily users is colossal and why that alone could easily value Sealands part of the JV at a £1 per user in potential revenue. Yes that’s over £1 per share to you and me.


You then have the contract with JM International where they’ve stated revenue in the first year alone is circa 800,000 GBP and after the recent announcement they’d sold the entire warehouse out in 3 mins the predicted growth could be multiples of the 800k. They stated the profits are attractive too, so this alone on a PE of 20 would double today’s share price


You then have the JV with tenent, NSG and Sealand which sealand increased their holding to 75% from 55%. On one of their marketing short video campaigns saw 2m Likes and 90m views. That’s a marketing companies dream as companies pay handsomely to reach that many users.

So yes I see with the right announcement and the company informing the market of what the real term value is for these marketing numbers the share price will be north of £1 and potentially a lot higher too.

All the above of facts the only assumption is the price value and as an investor I believe this stock has an explosive upward future...
