Director
Mr Raynes is the Managing Partner of MEA Energy Advisory UK LLP, an Energy focussed investment advisory partnership, and a Director of MEA Energy Investment Company Limited. MEA Energy Investment Company Limited is a significant shareholder in SDX Energy Inc. Previously Mr Raynes was the Chief Operating Officer of Waha Capital with responsibility for all investing activity including Sales & Trading, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Energy. He brings with him an intricate understanding of investing in the Middle East and North Africa and has established a strong track record of adding value to businesses and generating strong returns for investors.
Prior to Michael’s role at Waha Capital, he was a Senior Investment Banker with Barclays Capital in London.

MEA owns 14.4% of SDX shares.

If you look at the graphs at the top, you'll see it was much more heavily traded last week over here than today's 2 mill

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. That being said am I reading this right- On the LSE SDX traded almost 2 million shares today and on the TSX it traded 90K?

Its just about approving the share options for board and management as far as I can see. Nothing of any great importance.

....No he doesn't....he talks about BRIGHT spots being strongly supportive of GAS finds. Listen again!!!

Today 11:26 Price: 65.25maestro1 2,196 postsRE: SDX nice bounceI think people dont seem to understand what PW said the 3d was bang on prognosis, they hit the top, middle and bottom of the gas section on target, he said we are really confident with the 3d data. Also remember the current gas find will be between 150bcf-300bcf, and because the 3d is so accurate they believe 3 or 4 structures within this area can double this, success rate is high. Then they have over 75% concession not been explored yet.. SD is company maker with the gas for sure... SDX is producing 4200 boped and expected to generate $31m in 2017 and $41m in 2018, this is without the SD potential. They are expecting to double meseda production and increase morrocc production which has fantastic margins We have no debt and have plenty of cash. This is excellent company should be worth over 200m mkt cap by now. Early next week we may get a bonus of possibility of a oil strike in the same well, our primary objective was met with the gas not some extra please..Off Topic Strong Buy
