To have Malcy including SDX in the 2017 bucket list, read his comments as he knows a lot in this sector. I have a decent holding here and can't wait for 2017 to unfold. My suggestion would be to take a position early before the herd arrives and do your due diligence etc.

SDX has done much since it came to London and nearly stepped into the list recently with its acquisition and raise. Paul Welch has done very well and has an exciting, high margin portfolio in Egypt with plenty of exploration upside. Added to that is extra added value from the Circle deal in both Egypt and Morocco.

SDX - has a solid platform around 39-40.. we would expect it to break this level as the week goes by then the next Resistance is at 48p!!

N13, SDX are paid in £ Egyptian, fine for paying in-country operational expenses and in US $ as well.

Cantor repeated a 'buy' recommendation and the target rises to 78p from 71p, which at the new level represents some 125% upside to the current SDX share price of 34.25p.The transformational deal will see SDX increase net production by almost 250% to 4,705 barrels oil equivalent per day. Reserves, meanwhile, rise by 64% to 12.03mln barrels oil equivalent (boe).
