re paleje sxx were over 45p, drop to low 30s on placing news, then placing come in at 20p... so going on what happened there and how institutions like a good deal i would expect no more than a placing price of 25p here

He did say institutions were supportive of an equity raise, we can probably take that as fact. What we don't know is how much or at what price but, if BMD hadn't leaked the story the share price was heading into the mid 40's maybe higher. The dealing and fund raise would be going on in the background unbeknown to any of us until it was done and dusted maybe a week or more by which time the share price could have been higher still.

So, with a share price of say 45p, what discount would have been offered? 30% would be very high imo going by other recent raises but would mean a placing price of ~30p, but more likely 20% which would make it ~36p. That's guess work of course and greed may have overcome the potential placees since the BMD leak so we'll have to wait and see.

I'd say best to keep some cash spare just in case.

Malcy has only interviewed sdx on one occasion, and knows absolutely no more at this time, than the average pi.

so placing on the way, and share price down to 32p already, so you would expect placing from here down in the low 20s. will be a buyer after placing out of way

SDX have their secret weapon. And their secret weapon ensures that they get paid in part in USD. They are in a very strong position to acquire assets where receivables are a real issue.

So now we know, BMD got part of it right but the wrong reason. A deal with Circle on the right terms could be highly attractive and I would I think a lot less than the 20m BMD Mentioned although they might want some additional capital. Overall the right sort of reason for a cash call although we don't yet know the terms. At least BMD has flushed the story out.

Minja- welcome to the SDX BB, maybe you don't know how it works on here, but we tend to share relevant information and ideas, your remarks just demonstrate the low IQ you must have, refrain from I'll talk if you have no good to add. can you share with us your actual understanding of SDX, start off by telling us What it actually does? No placing it's got over 5m in bank the talk is none sense! Top up and Hold!

Hi guys,

I am a Recent jan16 acquirer of SDX.

If there is a placing, also rumours on Lee chat, then this explains the drop today.. , similar to HUR, it will hopefully be to fund drilling and other positive expansion activities.

We should have official news on any placing soon hopefully coupled with some positive news on South Disouq.

The 'loss' Brokerman refers to was a write-down and had been well flagged ahead of the results so what he's saying as the reason doesn't make sense. If there is a placing hopefully it is for some positive reason yet to be announced and not at a stupid discount, which is what BMD infers.

Rumours of $20m placing by Dan. Company should come out however to quash if no truth.
