24/11/2021 12:41 | Spicer, he was referring to the Meseda drills that won't add much production. Something like 6-9 month payback depending on oil price. Harvest only refers to those Meseda wells. Having said that, various analyst reports indicate that 2022 will be a 'harvest' year across the whole SDX business due to lower CAPEX than previous years. You know, an actual year where SDX add some cash to the balance sheet. Analysts predict there should be several years of this in fact. Although all depends if SDX management change the game plan and decide to blow all operating cashflow. These mysterious new Morocco project may do just that. We'll have to see. | shakeypremis
24/11/2021 12:38 | Well cost $0.5m. Payback 6-7 months. Suggests circa $1m cash flow pa per well. Multiply across 13 wells = up to $13m profit contribution from this campaign starting 2023, significantly elongating profit curve. Market cap $25m. You don't need a PhD in valuation :) | wigwammer
24/11/2021 12:28 | Yes. Also worth mentioning - as per another poster - that this years investment spend includes pipeline work and other capex that will not be repeated next year. This has been brushed under the carpet in the "analysis" by the resident bears, who in anIlliquid share, are in large part to blame for the valuation opportunity in front of us. Sentiment can change quickly. | wigwammer
24/11/2021 10:52 | I thought it was interesting how Nick Box said the plan was to drill multiple wells next year and then the company would go into 'harvest' mode | sclper
24/11/2021 09:06 | And yes - good work ash. It is indeed starting to look silly on valuation - exactly why I'm here. | wigwammer
23/11/2021 17:01 | This is the fault of management, they are not doing anything to reassure market that this company actually might have some kind of future and might actually at least return investors capital. This share is controlled by the machinations of individual retail investors. Strong hands hold most of the float here and it swings around on the whim of a few thousand shares being traded by AIM investors. | shakeypremis
23/11/2021 16:59 | Yes, it is starting to get silly at this point. | shakeypremis
23/11/2021 15:10 | Nearabouts of 8p would translate to ZERO ENTERPRISE VALUE FOR SDX taking into account cash, liquid investments and inventory... | ashkv
23/11/2021 13:57 | BN MEDIA INTERVIEW WITH THE CEO AND CFO - no tough questions as is too be expected about all time share low price hit today... however, there is promise of an exciting new Morocco announcement in early 2022 - hopefully it is something material and not hot air... TWO EXCITING NEW PROJECTS IN MOROCCO - EARLY 2022 will announce... fingers crossed something to redeem and revive this share price - if it is feasible for this motley muppet crew.... | ashkv

23/11/2021 13:26 | I see the widow maker is doing what it does best!! Still don't expect the gravy train riders to buy any shares.. The bag carrying shareholders should take action before the dreaded 1p looms... no doubt wigawammer will still support the muppets (either mad or a shorter, I havent worked out which).. | pjj71
20/11/2021 18:45 | All the money being reinvested in drilling they need to show larger profits next year then the share price should recover there is also the chance of a takeover at these lowly levels and need to access better prices in Egypt | tnt99
18/11/2021 16:11 | Brent - $80.50 Share Price - 10p GBPUSD Exch Rate - 1.35 Market Cap GBP - £20,850,000 Market Cap USD - $28,147,500 Debt - $0 Cash - $9,800,000 Inventory (Half Year Figures) - $7,640,000 Investments (Egyptian Oil Services Firm) - $4,013,000 Enterprise Value(EV) (Only Subtracting Cash) -$18,347,500 Enterprise Value(EV) Sub (Cash+Inventory+Inve Production Actual Till End Q3 2021 - 5,931 EV/Barrel-USD (Cash) - $3,093 EV/Barrel-USD (Cash+Inventory+Inv) - $1,129 (Minimal Decomissioning Costs) | ashkv
18/11/2021 15:21 | Ash - I agree it's frustrating. Do I think they are overpaid? Yes. Do I think SDX is corrupt? Not so convinced. | wigwammer
18/11/2021 15:14 | PJ771. Does the P stand for Peashooter? It isn't gonna make jack sh1te difference to management what you post here. And as for investors, SDX is evidently a different investment story at 10p than it was at 50p. Get some qualifications, learn about valuation, you've been burnt over and over again on your buy ideas and it's cost a lot of investors money. Spend some time learning, not badgering people about stocks you don't even own. | wigwammer
18/11/2021 14:15 | Agreed Wigwammer that SDX is a deep value play and is priced for bankruptcy - business priced as having almost Zero value if looking at Enterprise Value - given $10mn cash, Zero Debt, $4mn inventories, and a $3-4mn investment in Egypt, plus an extensive pipeline in Morocco (biggest privately held gas pipelines) Nonetheless I am taking the painful decision of a 55% haircut and exiting this position I have held for 2 years (bought at same time as TXP which has returned me 7-8x as I averaged down) - multitude of better run companies and I am quite certain that his company is likely corrupt. For example - I would rather put my money in TRIN - which is trading at a ridiculous discount but hopefully has an exciting future... Internal management time valued at $1.1mn??? Where these guys paid overtime / consulting charges for weekend work?? As a way to get more compensation as they are not entitled to bonuses for the horrific share price performance? Can aynone confirm and investigate - if so these muppets should be locked up behind bars/jailed... Absolute garbage management!!! " and ongoing new venture activity of US$1.1 million (predominantly internal management time). " Why is internal management time getting accounted for at US$1.1 million. Why is SDX management fixated on loss making Morocco - keep talking about high prices etc - but where is it adding to bottomline!!! Can someone explain this to me?? Also why does management not give Morocco drills - chance of success, resource targets etc Seem to be readying a cheap exit from Egypt and sticking with Morocco!!! Why does this management not have investor calls and presentations - why are they hiding!!! Why are they not buying shares!!! They are garbage absolute garbage.... that is why!!! WE HAVE HAD NO INFO ON THE SAME. THIS FIRM STINKS AND THE CEO, CFO, BOARD ARE A SELF DEALING TRASH MANAGEMENT - WITH ZERO FIDICUARY DUTY. Bottom of the barrel CVs and this firm is not worth the attention... | ashkv
18/11/2021 12:59 | wigwammer how you defend a management team that has destroyed so much shareholder wealth is beyond me.. the share price speaks for itself.. and yes hopefully readers of this board will benefit from not being clasped by the widow maker's jaws.... | pjj71
18/11/2021 10:40 | They need to buy new asset. | neo26
18/11/2021 08:23 | And you are evidently someone of flimsy capacity, whose weapon of choice is to sit on a little chat board and slag them off repeatedly. Wow - I bet they're shaking in their boots. Lol :) | wigwammer
18/11/2021 07:46 | the management gravy train continues... "We have 10mUSD none of which is going to be returned to the shareholders but instead invested in more capex which delivers sweet f.a. but justifies our xmas bonus and fat cat salaries.. please vote us in again at the next agm so we can keep making money while you loose your investment... " all the best the widow maker... | pjj71
18/11/2021 07:19 | SP might test 10p imho | kaos3
