I think the epic got mixed up with a previous co which carried same epic but stopped trading. Sondex only started trading in spring of Last year, so yes Peter I think you're right.

A little late to the m party here.......I see a vertical drop from around 440 Area to appx where the share price is now later year, I am guessing that was a 10 for 1 rights issue or something of that nature...any long term holders here could let me know...Tia.

The excitement at AEX is they seem to have discovered what looks to be a larger payzone (gross and net) than first thought. The area is prone to large discoveries, that have proven to be highly productive.

If SDX can prove their model with the drillbit at SD, it'll have its AEX moment. I would agree there is a big value gap between the two on what is currently known.

Early_Bird - Presentation Summary


Very good presentation,

It was confirmed $42m working capital with $18m cash & Zero Debt.

COS for SD1 he slipped would be probably at least 2 or 3 times higher than 2d. (so in the region 26-40%)

COS/3d will be released when external auditors have signed it off.

SD-1 all on track to spud end of this month. Extremely high COS for the upper gas. Confirmed that on a success will be put in to production within a couple of months (25,000-35,000boepd net to SDX)

Openly said fair value currently is excess of 100p.

Morocco they produce for $1 sell for $9 and looking at terms to increase this to $12 along with utilising the full capacity of the pipeline (4 x increase)

5 well drill program for Morocco being brought forward this year Q2/Q3

He also hinted very strongly that another similar acqusition to Circle before he gives his next presentation in London. More likely to be leveraged off existing cash/cashflows as opposed to equity given theyre huge cashflow.

Said the circle oil deal will have paid for itself in 18months.

Gross profit reiterated at $32m pa.

All for £75m MC.

Very popular stock judging by all the buying this morning.

Some nice 100k and 200k block buys in there as well, so not just PIs that see the value by the looks of it.
