Sell, if you can. Truly, is it worth all the hassle for such a share? Go and buy your family some ice-creams or go and take them to watch OZ; much better value for money.

Beerbandit:

I'm with Fastrade.co.uk (Charles Stanley) They sent me this...

The stock will NOT be tradable in the U.K. following the AIM cancellation.
Thus, should you retain your holding with us following 11 April 2013, you will only be able to sell your shares by instructing us to transfer them to our
overseas custodian, in which case, the following specialist rates would apply:
- 0.25% of consideration (?50 minimum)
- ?30 custody fee per annum.

One thing is certain. Directors have put a lot of cash in. If it survives and I think it probably will the cost of dealing in Austria won't be very important.

With my wallet and my passport, a new pair of shoes
The sun is shining so I head for the park,
With a bottle of Tequila, and a new pack of cigarettes 🎶

Hi
Can anyone advise please,
My trading account does not deal in Austrian shares, and says I need to arrange a transfer of my holding to another dealer, does anyone know who does, and is it feasible to hold just 1 stock in another dealing account?
Thanks
BB

Minerve,

They could have dropped down to the ISDX where listing is cheaper, and that would have stil allowed a trading platofrm for UK holders.

Not sure even TDW trade Austria

De-listing from AIM was always on-the-cards and was (and still is) an obvious logical progression for the company to take given poor performance on sales; AIM doesn't serve a purpose for them and costs money.

Plasybryn

I still believe the right choice was made. If the company had been sold the shell company would have failed in my opinion; there was no business plan and the BOD were not capable of delivering from that based on no plan. What was chosen was correct and it gave investors opportunity to sell over the last year or so. Those who newly invested or held their shares knew what the new game was and if they are surprised by this RNS they only have themselves to blame.

I personally would sell out immediately. Except the loss, use the CGT relief going forward and make use of the Euro's recent strength because I don't think the ECB wants the Euro to continue on its current path for too long.

Moving up: i am not happy about the move from AIM and am trying to get to the bottom of the implications. I will report back idc if I discover anything of importance, but i will be voting against it.
I think those who felt the Co. should have been sold when we had the chance, were probably right in hind sight.

Nothing new in the RNS re outlook or performance. Same old claptrap about projects in the pipeline and only the Eurocopter contract keeping them above water.

The sell off last week was probably triggered by holders not wanting the hassle of dealing through the Austrian market. Can't blame them really... it took me an hour to read through that RNS and I still don't quite understand it!

No update on the cash position, which is really worrying. I don't imagine they'll survive much beyond the summer...

that's the equivalent of the Vauxhall Conference!

I wonder if UK brokers can trade that market?
